The first-ever conference that highlights the role of Bitcoin in the iGaming industry is set to take off this November, and it will be graced by key speakers from the two sectors, as well as the Executive Director of the Bitcoin Foundation, Jon Matonis himself.

Matonis who heads the association that is at the forefront of promoting and ensuring a healthy Bitcoin community will open the Bitcoin4iGaming Conference on Nov. 24 at Dexter House in London. He will deliver an overview of the Bitcoin landscape in the face of Internet gaming and share significant points that will be beneficial to the success of Bitcoin in the iGaming industry.

He believes Bitcoin will play an integral role in the online gaming market, which may spearhead further Bitcoin adoption, reportedly stating:

John Matonis“The iGaming industry is on the cutting edge of adopting new financial technology for frictionless, international transactions. Our role in educating industry leaders and helping to navigate the Bitcoin ecosystem will result in best practices that could also be applied in advancing global financial inclusion and reducing the high cost of remittances.”

Bitcoin4iGaming will be seeing a roster of topics that will present the opportunities that await operators and bettors with the use of the digital currency along with the rise of Bitcoin casino brands, platforms, and even mobile Bitcoin casinos. The list includes the regulation, advantages, and implementation of Bitcoin for iGaming.

However, most of all, this conference will initiate the smooth fusion of Bitcoin and the iGaming industry.

“The Bitcoin4iGaming Conference aims to bring the iGaming and the Bitcoin communities together for the first time, allowing delegates to network, learn and do business together,” said iGaming Business Head of Operations Shona ODonnell.

With Bitcoin becoming more recognized as an instrumental component in the online gaming market, the community of cryptocurrency bettors and brands, as well as that of real-money industry players, may soon find the increasing share of Bitcoin casino games available online.
