Reigning European and World Champions Real Madrid will face hosts Al Ain at the 2018 FIFA Club World Cup on December 22 at ZSC Stadium in Abu Dhabi.

The best soccer club in the world will be crowned in a couple of days.

Surprise finalists Al Ain FC of the United Arab Emirates are facing an enormous challenge in the form of current champions Real Madrid CF of Spain. The two will be meeting on December 22 for the 2018 FIFA Club World Cup Trophy.

While analysts alike expect an extremely one-sided match this December 22 at the Zayed Sports City Stadium in Abu Dhabi, fans are still looking forward to the clash between two soccer giants.

Here are questions surrounding each soccer team remaining at the Club World Cup Final.

First Real Madrid Title Post-Ronaldo?

Real Madrid had the chance to prove that they did not decline after the departure of five-time Golden Ball recipient Cristiano Ronaldo to Italy.

They threw that chance, losing 4-2 at extra time to cross-town rivals Atletico Madrid for the 2018 UEFA Super Cup. Couple that defeat with Los Blancos’ poor start to the league, standing at fourth with almost half of the season played.

However, with almost every analyst backing them to lift the trophy later at Abu Dhabi—especially after an astounding 3-1 victory against Asian champions Kashima Antlers—a win at the Final could bring back Real Madrid to their winning ways.

South America—and the world—is currently in a state of shock as Al Ain beat out Argentina’s River Plate on penalties, beyond the expectations of everyone but the delighted Abu Dhabi crowd.
