2 New Crypto Casinos Have Shut Down

Bitcoin casinos Crypto1Casino and TropicalBit24 Casino will no longer be operational, just a few months after their launch.

It’s a sad day for the Bitcoin gambling community as two new crypto casinos launched this year have officially announced that they are closing down. Crypto1Casino shut down its website last week, while TropicalBit24 is taking theirs down by the end of November.

TropicalBit24 Bids Goodbye

News of TropicalBit24 closing came as a shock for the simple matter that it belongs to the family of casinos owned and operated by Mirage Corporation N.V. Mirage is one of the known online casino operators with several brands included in its portfolio of fiat and Bitcoin casino websites.

Players at TropicalBit24 Casino received over the weekend an email informing them of the unfortunate event. The email read:

“We inform you that at the end of this month our casino will close the doors. Thanks to all of you, for your trust. We hope that you spend a lot of fun playing at Tropicalbit24.”

Members are given until the last hour of November 30 to withdraw their remaining balance from their account. As the website will be permanently taken down on December 1, any form of transactions beyond the set date will no longer be possible.

TropicalBit24 welcomed players who either want to use Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies or fiat money. It featured a bevy of Bitcoin slots, table games, and more. TropicalBit24 also gave away wager free bonuses. Everyone who wants to experience all these can head over to its sister casinos, like Wolfy Casino.

Crypto1Casino Ends Its Short Run

Crypto1Casino also broke the news last week that it will no longer be accepting new players nor will its website be accessible to the public.

Anyone who visits the Crypto1Casino website will be greeted with a short notice that states:

“Maintendance mode. Sorry for the inconvenience. Our website is currently undergoing scheduled maintenance. Thank you for your understanding.” reached out to Crypto1Casino and learned that it was their management’s decision to pull the plug. Both the crypto casino and the affiliate program were shut down.

According to a Crypto1Casino representative, the management has decided to focus on a different project instead. That other project, however, was not disclosed, but we were told that it is not related to gambling.

Crypto1Casino was among the new casinos introduced in 2021. Like its contemporaries, it accepted both Bitcoin and fiat money. It featured Bitcoin games like slots, roulette, blackjack, and many others from top game providers like Betsoft Gaming and Spinomenal.
