Future of Asian Gaming Industry in Focus in G2E Asia 2017
The G2E Asia 2017 will take place on May 16 to 18 in Macau. There will be more than 70 firms who will showcase their latest products in the exhibit zone, and more than half of the numbers are newcomers to the expo.
This year’s expo will also have many key personalities who will discuss certain aspects of the gaming industry and discuss important steps to assess the current status of the industry. Attendees can also expect to hear the experts’ insights on how to improve the Asian gaming market.
One of the notable exhibitors in G2E Asia 2017 expo is DGx Hub. The company will be having its first slot tournament on the expo floor. Participants will have 1,000 credits and one minute to get the highest payout possible. The person with the highest amount of credits by 5 p.m. will receive an Apple Watch. The four people who have the most credits will get a DGx Hub VR headset as well as other prizes.
On another note, the demand for Bitcoin in Japan is steadily growing ever since the country opens its first exchanges just recently. It is a good time to consider a casino platform that supports the cryptocurrency as well as the rise of the Bitcoin casino market. Microgaming, a leading Bitcoin platform provider, is a regular name in most online casinos accepting Bitcoin. This software and game content provider will also be exhibiting its products for this year’s expo.
Tom Horn Gaming will also be making its way to Macau for the expo. It will showcase its latest titles, such as Geisha’s Fan and Monster Madness. The team behind the company sees this as a good opportunity to reach out to the Asian market.
Ondrej Lapides, CEO of Tom Horn Gaming, said:
“There is no doubt that innovative and localised gaming content with stunning graphics, engaging math, a multitude of features and promotional tools are the key drivers for success. We simply deliver all of this and the industry leaders recognise the fact. With G2E Asia close at hand we are confident to seal more new deals in Asia. To target Asian players you have to customise your content as player tastes differ from other regions. We bear this in mind and our products reflect it.”
The CEO of Ezugi, Kfir Kugler, and the CEO of IGT, Walter Bugno, are two of the many key speakers for G2E Asia 2017. Kfir Kugler will be one of the panelists for the discussion on Online Casino Trends and Developments. The topic will tackle the growing revenue of online slots and how operators can manage the RTP rating as well as the volatility of the slots. The panel will also talk about how operators can bring in millennial players.
Walter Bugno is part of the panel for the topic on ‘content and amenities for the mass market’. This topic will talk about the industry suppliers can drive the mass market while working with operators. It will also discuss which games are effective in driving the market.
Meanwhile, G2E Asia 2017 will also cover the rise of esports and fantasy sports, as well as how operators can positively maximize these two new gaming trends. Attendees can also expect xPro Gaming, Vivo Gaming, and Playson in the iGaming Zone, together with Endorphina, Betsoft Gaming, and iSoftbet.
