iGaming Super Show: Dr. Craig Wright Sees Blockchain Future
iGaming Super Show once again proves to be a successful event this year. But amid the jam-packed exhibition floor and discussions, this year’s event made more headlines especially within the Bitcoin community through the presence of no other than Dr. Craig Wright.
He who had once announced to the world in 2016 that he was Satoshi Nakamoto made a surprise appearance in Amsterdam to talk about “Bitcoin’s Smart Future: Artificial Intelligence, Intelligent Bots & How the Bitcoin Network Will Change the World.”
Dr. Craig Wright
After creating a ruckus for admitting to being the Bitcoin inventor, Wright quietly exited the limelight only to make a few headlines after for failing to prove he created Bitcoin. Over a year after, he returned to the scene, this time as a speaker in the iGaming Executive Conference as part of the iGaming Super Show 2017.
In his talk, he explained how he envisions the blockchain becoming more than merely a public ledger but to become a Super-Network of artificial intelligence and bots. He showed how blockchain could one day control networks and objects across the globe.
With Wright’s vision of the future built solidly on the blockchain, he emphasized Bitcoin’s smart future—one that will change the world in the next years.
Amsterdam Affiliate Conference
Also a highlight of iGaming Super Show 2017, the Amsterdam Affiliate Conference ran for two days during which a bevy of timely topics were covered. Affiliates of fiat and Bitcoin casinos would have appreciated the discussions that were focused on effective SEO.
Christoph Cemper, CEO of LinkResaearch Tools, talked about the top 10 SEO mistakes every affiliate should avoid, as well as the different SEO strategies that exist in the real-time Penguin era. Moreover, Julia Logan, SEO consultant at Irish Wonder’s SEO Consulting gave a view of what the future of SEO will be.
A discussion closer to the Bitcoin casino market was presented by Eric Benz, who is the managing director at Cryptopay, together with Marc Kenigsberg, CEO at Jamworx, and Aleksandra Fetisova, project manager at DAO.Casino.
The three speakers stressed the benefits that Bitcoin brings to affiliates and to the business in general. They also highlighted the essential details and factors that must first be considered before accepting crypto currencies. Along with these, they also covered the potential risks of working with Bitcoin.
Other than the interesting talks held over the two-day run of the Amsterdam Affiliate Conference 2017, the event gave focus on the role the mobile technology plays in terms of SEO practices. Bastian Grimm, CEO & director organic search of Ace Peak AG, shared valuable information about crawling, indexing, and ranking pages and keywords in the mobile audience. Another important aspect in affiliation is the use of social media, which was brought about by Sarah Sangster, digital marketing specialist at Sangster Media.
