SBTech Inks Deal to Power LeoVegas’ British Sportsbooks
SBTech, a self-proclaimed “industry-leading sports betting solutions provider,” has signed a partnership with mobile gaming company LeoVegas to power sports betting sites managed by the Rocket X brand. Rocket X is the UK-facing subsidiary of LeoVegas.
As a supplier, SBTech will provide its sportsbook products for Rocket X to clients residing in Great Britain. BetUK.com, the main sportsbook brand under Rocket X, will be the first to receive SBTech’s support, with other sites to follow.
SBTech’s sportsbook engine covers at least 50 sports around the world. In addition, it offers more than 20,000 in-play sports matches monthly and over 2,000 proprietary betting markets. Moreover, SBTech offers YourBet, its innovation in which bettors can use to determine the odds of a specific sporting event.
For the few past years, institutional bodies have given recognition to SBTech’s bookie-related services, some of these awards being Best Sportsbetting Supplier award at the 2017 EGR Nordics Awards and Best In-Play Betting Software award at the 2016 and 2017 EGR B2B Awards.
Andrew Cochrane, CCO of SBTech, said:
“This latest partnership is the result of our ongoing commitment to increasing our market share in key regulated markets by providing a sportsbook that meet sand exceeds the high expectations of players. LeoVegas and the Rocket X team both share our vision of delivering a differentiated and compelling value proposition to players through product innovation, scalable technology and a fully bespoke trading and risk management approach.”
Mark Good, CEO of Rocket X, added:
“The strength of SBTech’s in-play coverage, its technological and regulatory expertise, proven track record of powering high-growth operators in the UK and wide range of responsible gambling controls were at the heart of our decision to sign this agreement. With the power of one of the industry’s top sportsbooks behind us, I’m confident of achieving significant share in the uniquely competitive UK market.”
British punters can look forward to wagering on BetUK’s sports betting products powered by SBTech’s award-winning sportsbook engine in the near future.
