Take the Winning Shot at the World Cup with Pinnacle’s €20,000 Shoot-Out Promo

Online sports betting site Pinnacle offers World Cup fans chances to win big at The €20,000 Shoot-Out, the €10,000 Golden Goal, and The Pinnacle World Cup.

Pinnacle launches its football World Cup promotion that will give €20,000 to lucky players who will make accurate predictions in the upcoming 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia. Hopeful participants must answer 10 yes or no World Cup predictions to have a chance to win the jackpot of The €20,000 Shoot-Out promo. Getting an incorrect prediction will cost members the jackpot.

Pinnacle offers them another chance for half of the Shoot-Out’s Jackpot in the €10,000 Golden Goal question.

To win, bettors must predict what the total number of goals, total number of corner kicks, and the total number of bookings will be in the whole 2018 World Cup.

Registered Pinnacle players will qualify for the Golden Goal promo by placing a minimum bet of €10 on each of the three markets in any World Cup group stage match: any Total Goals market, any Cards betting market, and any Corners betting market.

Paris Smith, Pinnacle CEO, said:

“We know the 2018 World Cup is an exciting time for our customers and we wanted to make sure it’s a tournament to remember. This competition is unique and really reflects the Pinnacle brand. It isn’t based on pure luck like so many others, it’s a simple concept that will appeal to those who can make informed decisions.”

The €20,000 Shoot-Out is open exclusively to registered Pinnacle customers until June 6, a week before the kick-off in Russia. Customers playing the €10,000 Golden Goal, on the other hand, must place the required bets on or before June 30.

The Pinnacle World Cup

Customers who are not confident with their predictive abilities can join another Pinnacle offering this summer, the inaugural Pinnacle World Cup.

This tournament pits 16 of the greatest national teams in World Cup history against each other to determine the best team of all time. Teams will face each other in a round of 16 sudden death elimination bracket. A series of Twitter polls held on Pinnacle’s Twitter account will decide the winners from each match.

Bettors can wager on which team they think will win the poll-based tournament. Odds to win outright are provided by Pinnacle themselves.

Two teams are currently favorites to be crowned as the best. 1970 winning Brazilian squad and 2010 winning Spanish squad are both priced at 4/1. Following closely are 1998 champions France and 1954 runners-up Hungary.

Benjamin Cronin, Pinnacle content and social media manager, added:

“These creative campaigns are evidence of our focus on customer engagement ahead of the World Cup. We want people to think about what we do and interact with the Pinnacle brand, testing their predictive skill and sparking up a debate on the best team in World Cup history is a great way to do that.

The Pinnacle World Cup is open exclusively to Pinnacle account holders and bettors of legal age.

Online Football Mania

The football fever never stops. Like Pinnacle, several online casinos and sportsbooks have also offered a plethora of promotions to join the World Cup craze.

Sportsbook Betway invites customers to participate in two of their World Cup promotions: Choose Your Champions and Go for Gold.

A grand prize of US$1 million awaits customers in Choose Your Champions. Registered Betway users must accurately predict the position and winners of the whole World Cup bracket. Users with the correct predictions will share with each other the jackpot.

Customers can also go for gold and join Betway’s Go for Gold promo and win random prizes. Registered users must place a minimum bet on at least any of the following markets: outright World Cup champions, Golden Ball winner, Golden boot winner, and the top placing African team. A raffle draw will be held for each market, and each bet the users make serves as entry to the raffle.

Entries for both Betway promotions will be open until June 14.

On the other hand, sports betting site BetBright has given its registered bettors the chance to win £10 million by predicting who the first goal scorer is, when exactly the goal will be scored, and what the final score will be in the World Cup Final.

To have a chance at the jackpot, registered users must acquire points to top the BetBright leaderboard. Up to 10 hopeful participants will be given the opportunity to win the ultimate prize.

Sarne Lightman, BetBright managing director, said:

“We are making a major investment in user engagement during this summer’s biggest competition. We really wanted to create something different for our customers, old and new, to what the rest of the market is likely to offer.”

The 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia is a quadrennial football tournament played by top national teams from six continental confederations. Russia will kick off the tournament against Saudi Arabia this June 14 at the Luzhniki Stadium in Moscow.
