About us
Disclaimer
Best Bitcoin Casino disclaimer: information not advice, how affiliate commission works and what it cannot change, 18+ only, and the limits of our lists.
Effective 7 October 2026. This disclaimer explains what Best Bitcoin Casino is, what our pages can and cannot do for you, and how we are paid. It applies to every page on bestbitcoincasino.com and sits alongside our terms and conditions, which govern your use of the site.
Who runs this site
Best Bitcoin Casino is an independent information site about cryptocurrency casinos, crypto payments and casino games. In this disclaimer, “we” and “us” mean the operator of this website. We are not a casino. We do not accept bets, hold player funds, process payments or run any game. If you have a question about this disclaimer, use the details on our contact page.
Information, not advice
Everything we publish is general information. It is not gambling, financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and it does not take your personal situation into account. A rating, a ranking or a “best” label is our opinion based on the method described in how we rate casinos, not a promise that a casino will treat you well.
Gambling outcomes are random, and over time the house edge means players as a group lose money. No strategy, bonus or provably fair system changes that. Cryptocurrency adds its own risk: coin prices move, transfers cannot be reversed, and a deposit sent on the wrong network can be lost.
Accuracy and dates
We check licences, bonuses, wagering terms, limits and coin support against primary sources such as regulators’ registers and the casinos’ own terms before a page is published. Casinos still change offers, restricted countries and terms without notice, sometimes daily. Time-sensitive facts are dated in the text, and the date at the top of a page shows when it was last revised.
Always read the casino’s current terms before you register or deposit. Where our page and the casino’s terms differ, the casino’s terms are what apply to your account. If you spot an error, tell us through the contact page; our editorial policy explains how we handle corrections.
Affiliate disclosure
We earn commission from some of the links on this site. Buttons and links that go through addresses beginning with /play/ are affiliate links: if you register or deposit at a casino after clicking one, the casino may pay us a fee or a share of its revenue. You pay nothing extra, and the offer you receive is the casino’s normal offer.
- Commission does not buy a place on our lists unless we say so. Casinos we have a commercial partnership with may be placed first on a list, and when they are, they are marked as partners.
- Commission never changes a rating, the facts in a review, the warnings we publish or the regulator actions we report.
- We do not list a casino for a country it does not accept, and we do not sell reviews, ratings or the removal of criticism.
Age and where our lists apply
This site is for adults aged 18 or over, and for anyone in a country where the legal gambling age is higher, that age. Our casino lists are aimed at international players outside each casino’s restricted countries. They are not aimed at players in the United Kingdom or the United States, and none of the casinos on those lists accepts players from either country where we checked their terms. Readers in the US can read about the legal position on our page for US players.
Online gambling laws differ by country and change often. It is your responsibility to check that gambling online, and gambling with cryptocurrency, is legal where you live before you sign up anywhere.
Casinos and other websites we link to
Casinos, exchanges, wallet providers and other sites we link to are run by third parties. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, their offers, how they handle your money or data, or whether they pay out. Any agreement you make with a casino is between you and that casino. If you have a dispute with a casino, complain to the casino first and then use the dispute route of its licence; our pages explain the route for each regulator where we can.
Gamble responsibly
Only gamble with money you can afford to lose, set deposit and time limits in your casino account, and stop if it stops being fun. Our responsible gambling page lists self-help tools and support organisations, including Gamblers Anonymous.
Privacy
How we handle server logs, affiliate clicks and emails is explained in our privacy policy.
