Crypto Cricket Betting: Bitcoin & USDT Cricket Sportsbooks (October 2026)
Crypto cricket betting checked live in October 2026: Bitcoin and USDT sportsbooks, T20, ODI and Test markets, DLS settlement rules and the law in India.

The crypto cricket betting sites we could verify in October 2026 are Foxy Gold, Stake and BC.Game: on 8 October 2026 each listed live cricket markets on its own site, from T20 internationals to Test and domestic first-class cricket, and each accepts Bitcoin and USDT. Before you look at the list, check the law where you live, because India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, South Africa, Australia and the UK all restrict or ban offshore betting sites, and none of these brands is licensed in those countries.
This page is therefore for cricket fans in countries where using an offshore, crypto-friendly sportsbook is not prohibited. None of the three books accepts players from the United States, and Foxy Gold and BC.Game also exclude the United Kingdom. If you are in India, our guide to India’s gambling and crypto rules explains the 2025 law in plain words.

How we checked these cricket sportsbooks
We started from the brands in our verified card set and kept only those whose sportsbook we could open on the operator’s own site and see cricket fixtures with prices. On 8 October 2026 we loaded each one through residential connections in India and Canada. Foxy Gold listed 27 cricket events, including the ICC Test Championship and T20 matches. BC.Game listed 26, with tabs for the Indian Premier League, T20 internationals, the ICC Test Championship and one-day internationals. Stake’s sports menu showed a T20 series between India and the West Indies, Australia’s Sheffield Shield and ICC Cricket World Cup League Two.
Several crypto books we normally cover were left off. Tenobet, Dracula Casino, Kingdom Casino, Winz.io and FortuneJack all run sportsbooks, but their sites blocked every connection we tried that day, so we could not confirm their cricket markets. They will be added back once we can. We did not place bets or deposit money for this page.
Crypto cricket sportsbooks compared
| Sportsbook | Cricket seen on 8 Oct 2026 | Market format shown | Coins (examples) | Licence |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Foxy Gold | 27 events: ICC Test Championship, T20 matches | Winner (incl. super over), decimal odds | BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, LTC, TRX and more via XCoins | Tobique Gaming Commission 0000163 |
| Stake | T20 Series India v West Indies, Sheffield Shield, ICC CWC League Two | Live and upcoming plus outrights; six odds formats | BTC, ETH, USDT and other coins on one balance | Curaçao Gaming Authority OGL/2024/1451/0918 |
| BC.Game | 26 events: IPL, T20 internationals, ICC Test Championship, ODIs, Sheffield Shield, CSA T20 Challenge | Winner (incl. super over), popular, live, upcoming and outright tabs | Long coin list with in-site swap | Anjouan ALSI-202410011-FI1 |
All three run their cricket markets on similar sportsbook software, so the market names and settlement wording are close. Differences show up in odds formats, coins and the welcome offer: Foxy Gold gives new sports players a €10 free bet, while Stake and BC.Game reward regular betting through rakeback and VIP levels. Full brand detail sits in our Stake review, our BC.Game review and the Foxy Gold review.
Is crypto cricket betting legal? The main cricket countries
Paying in Bitcoin or USDT does not change whether a bet is legal. Gambling law in the country where you are decides it, and most of cricket’s biggest markets restrict offshore betting.
| Country | Main law | What it means for offshore crypto books |
|---|---|---|
| India | Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 | Offering, advertising and processing payments for online money games, including betting, are prohibited |
| Pakistan | Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 | Gambling is generally prohibited and there is no licence for online sports betting |
| Bangladesh | Public Gambling Act, 1867 | No licensing regime for online betting; gambling is generally prohibited |
| South Africa | National Gambling Act 7 of 2004 | Online sports betting is legal only with a provincially licensed bookmaker; unlicensed offshore operators are illegal |
| Australia | Interactive Gambling Act 2001 | Offshore operators without an Australian licence may not offer services; ACMA blocks offshore sites |
| United Kingdom | Gambling Act 2005 | Operators need a Gambling Commission licence to serve UK customers; none of these brands holds one |
India in detail
India’s Parliament passed the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Bill on 21 August 2025, and the Act received presidential assent on 22 August 2025, according to the government’s press release. It bans online money games, whether based on skill, chance or both, and applies to services offered from outside India too. Offering or facilitating such games carries up to three years in prison, a fine of up to ₹1 crore, or both; advertising them carries up to two years or a fine of up to ₹50 lakh. Banks and payment services may not process the payments.
The official material targets operators, promoters and payment providers, and does not make playing itself an offence. That does not make offshore cricket betting a safe option for Indian residents: payments are blocked, sites can be blocked, winnings have no legal protection, and promoting these sites in India is itself illegal. For that reason this page does not recommend any sportsbook to players in India. The text of the Act is published by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology.
Who can use the list
Cricket has fans across the Caribbean, East and West Africa, the Gulf, Canada, New Zealand and Europe, and in many of those places the law either licenses offshore betting or does not prohibit players from using it. Check your own country’s rules, then check the sportsbook’s restricted-country list in its terms. Registering from a blocked country is the quickest way to have winnings confiscated, and we never suggest hiding your location.
The cricket calendar: when markets are deepest
Betting markets follow the fixture list, and the depth of markets on offer changes a lot through the year. ICC events bring the widest choice of player and special markets. The last men’s T20 World Cup ran from 7 February to 8 March 2026 in India and Sri Lanka, and the next men’s 50-over World Cup is scheduled for October and November 2027 in South Africa, Zimbabwe and Namibia.
Franchise T20 leagues fill much of the rest of the year, with the IPL the largest by betting interest, and bilateral international series run between them. Domestic first-class competitions such as the Sheffield Shield and the CSA T20 Challenge, both listed at BC.Game when we checked, offer fewer markets and lower stake limits. Prices in thin markets move more on small amounts of money, so they can offer value to a well-informed bettor but also carry wider margins.
What moves cricket prices
Cricket odds react to factors that football bettors rarely think about. Four matter most.
The toss
Winning the toss lets a captain choose to bat or bowl first, and in some conditions that choice is worth a noticeable shift in the price. Pre-match prices are set before the toss, so the market moves sharply in the minutes after it.
Pitch and weather
A dry, cracking surface helps spin bowlers later in a Test, while cloud cover can help seam and swing. Weather forecasts also drive the draw price in Tests, because lost overs make a result less likely.
Dew in evening matches
In day-night limited-overs games, dew can make the ball wet and harder to grip for the side bowling second, which is one reason captains often choose to chase in such conditions.
Team news
Line-ups are confirmed at the toss. Player markets opened before that point can include players who end up not playing, so check how the book treats non-participants before betting early on a top batter.
Cricket formats and how betting differs
Test cricket
A Test lasts up to five days and can end in a win, a draw or, very rarely, a tie. Match-odds markets are therefore three-way, and prices swing hard with weather forecasts and pitch reports. Session betting, on runs scored in a morning, afternoon or evening session, is a Test-only favourite.
One-day internationals (ODIs)
Each side bats for up to 50 overs. A draw is not possible, so the match winner is a two-way market, but rain can shorten the game. Under ICC playing conditions, the side batting second must have the chance to face at least 20 overs for a result to stand, unless the result is reached sooner.
T20 internationals and leagues
Twenty overs per side makes T20 the fastest format and the biggest for betting volume, led by franchise leagues such as the Indian Premier League. In men’s T20 internationals the minimum for a result is five overs for the side batting second. Ties go to a super over: each team faces one over, the batting side’s innings ends after two wickets, and further super overs follow if the first is tied.
Domestic first-class cricket
Competitions such as Australia’s Sheffield Shield are played over four days and settle like Tests for betting purposes. Coverage is thinner, prices move more on team news, and in-play markets may be suspended for longer during breaks.
Cricket betting markets explained
Match winner
The core market. In limited-overs cricket the sportsbooks we checked label it “Winner (incl. super over)”, which means a super over decides a tie for betting purposes. In Tests, a three-way market adds the draw.
Top batter and top bowler
You pick the highest run-scorer or the leading wicket-taker for a team or the match. Ties for top batter are settled by dead heat rules, which split the stake. For top bowler, Foxy Gold’s rules break ties first by wickets, then by fewest runs conceded, then by dead heat.
Totals: runs, fours and sixes
Over/under lines on match or innings runs, boundaries and wickets. These are the markets most often voided after rain, because they need most of the scheduled overs to be bowled.
Session and over markets
Session markets settle on runs scored in a set block of play regardless of which team bats. Over markets, such as runs in the next over, settle on one over and are voided if that over is not completed.
Player performance and dismissal markets
Some books combine runs, catches and wickets into points. Foxy Gold’s scale gives 1 point per run, 10 per catch, 20 per wicket and 25 per stumping. Method-of-dismissal markets cover bowled, caught, LBW, run out, stumped and other.
Outrights
Tournament-winner bets on events such as the IPL or the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2027, which South Africa, Zimbabwe and Namibia host in October and November 2027. Your stake is tied up for weeks or months, which is one reason to bet outrights in USDT rather than Bitcoin.
How cricket bets are settled: rules quoted from a live sportsbook
Rain, bad light and ties make cricket the sport where settlement rules matter most. The sportsbook terms at Foxy Gold (section 18) are a clear example of the standard wording, and the same rules decide many of the bets you place elsewhere.
- Official result and DLS (18.1): bets settle on the official result, including results decided by the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method.
- Ties (18.1): in two-way markets a super over result stands; if official rules produce no winner, the bets are void. In three-way and first-class markets a tie is a dead heat between the teams, and bets on the draw lose.
- 48-hour rule (18.2): if a match is postponed, abandoned or not completed within 48 hours of the scheduled start, unsettled bets are void, unless play resumes from the point of interruption within that window.
- Super over statistics (18.3): runs and wickets in a super over do not count towards match totals, innings totals or player props unless the market says so.
- Limited-overs thresholds (18.4): match totals need at least 80% of the scheduled overs in each innings; top batter and top bowler need at least 40% of the overs in that team’s innings.
- Test thresholds (18.5): in a drawn Test, statistical markets such as fours and sixes are void if fewer than 200 overs were bowled; innings totals need at least 60 overs unless the team is all out or declares.
- Impact substitutes (18.10): a player in the starting XI who does not bat or bowl is settled on his recorded statistics, so a top-batter bet on him loses with 0 runs rather than being refunded.
Where DLS comes from
The Duckworth-Lewis method was devised by English statisticians Frank Duckworth and Tony Lewis and adopted by the ICC in 1997. It became the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method in 2014, when Australian statistician Steven Stern took over its custody, as the ICC explains on its DLS page. DLS resets the target of the side batting second according to the overs and wickets it has left, so a match winner bet can be decided by a revised target that did not exist when you placed it.
Worked examples in USDT
A rain-shortened T20
You stake 20 USDT on a team to win a T20 match at 1.90 and 10 USDT on over 330.5 match runs. Rain cuts the game to 15 overs a side, and your team wins on a DLS-revised target. The match winner bet stands and returns 38 USDT. The match total is void, because 15 overs is 75% of the scheduled 20, below the 80% threshold, so your 10 USDT comes back.
A top batter dead heat
You stake 10 USDT on a batter at 5.00 to top-score for his team. He and a teammate both make 54, the top score. Under dead heat rules your stake is divided by two: 5 USDT is settled as a winner at 5.00, returning 25 USDT, and the other 5 USDT is lost. Your profit is 15 USDT instead of the 40 USDT an outright win would have paid.
A tied Test
You hold 0.002 BTC on the draw in a Test match that ends in a tie. Under the first-class rule above, a tie is not a draw: the draw bet loses, while bets on either team are settled as a dead heat at half stake.
Live price check: cricket margins on 8 October 2026
We took three cricket markets from BC.Game’s popular cricket list on 8 October 2026 and added up the implied probabilities (1 divided by each decimal price).
| Match and market | Prices | Book total | Approximate margin |
|---|---|---|---|
| India v West Indies, T20 international winner | 1.18 / 4.20 | 108.6% | 7.9% |
| Pakistan v Sri Lanka, T20 international winner | 1.39 / 2.72 | 108.7% | 8.0% |
| India A v Australia A, one-day match winner | 1.49 / 2.42 | 108.4% | 7.7% |
The margin is the share of all money staked that the book keeps on balanced action, worked out as 1 minus 1 divided by the book total. These cricket markets ran close to 8%, while the Premier League match-result markets we checked at Stake on the same day ran at about 5.4% to 5.7%. The lesson is simple: cricket match odds are a more expensive bet than football match odds, so line shopping between books matters even more. Our crypto sports betting hub shows the football numbers and explains overround in more depth.
Lopsided matches carry a further trap. At 1.18 on a heavy favourite, a 100 USDT stake wins only 18 USDT. Five such wins earn 90 USDT, and a single upset in the sixth bet loses 100 USDT, leaving the six bets 10 USDT down overall. Short prices feel safe; the maths says they are rarely cheap.
Step by step: betting on cricket with crypto
- Check the law and the terms. Confirm that offshore betting is not prohibited where you live, then read the sportsbook’s restricted-country list.
- Get a wallet. Install a self-custody wallet and write the recovery phrase on paper. Never type it into a website or a support chat.
- Buy USDT or Bitcoin. Use a regulated exchange in your country, then withdraw the coins to your wallet on a network the sportsbook supports.
- Deposit a test amount. Copy the address from the sportsbook cashier, match the network exactly, and send a small amount first.
- Set limits. Turn on a deposit limit before the first bet, while you are thinking clearly.
- Read the cricket rules. Check how the book settles DLS results, ties and shortened games before betting on totals or player markets.
- Bet and record. Note each stake in coins and in your home currency, so price moves do not hide your real results.
- Withdraw to your own wallet. Expect an identity check before the first withdrawal, and do not leave a large balance on the site between series.
Which crypto to use for cricket betting
USDT is the practical choice for most cricket bettors. A T20 league runs for about two months, a Test series for several weeks and an outright bet can be open for longer, and a stablecoin keeps the value of open bets steady through all of it. Choose a cheap network the cashier supports, such as Tron, and never mix networks: an Ethereum address and a BNB Smart Chain address look identical. Our USDT guide covers the networks and Tether’s freeze policy.
Bitcoin is accepted at every book but adds price risk. If you fund your account with 0.01 BTC for a tournament and the coin falls 15% before the final, you have lost 15% of your cash bankroll before a ball is bowled. Bitcoin also targets one block about every 10 minutes, so deposits during a live match can take longer to credit than USDT on a fast network.
Whatever you hold, keep it in a wallet you control between betting sessions. Our crypto wallet guide explains self-custody and recovery phrases.
Live cricket betting with crypto
Cricket suits in-play betting because every ball is a discrete event and prices react instantly to wickets and boundaries. That speed works against slow bettors: books suspend markets for a few seconds around each delivery, and bets placed into a moving price are often re-quoted or rejected. Two practical rules help.
- Fund the account before the match. Waiting for a Bitcoin confirmation while a run chase unfolds is a common frustration.
- Bet at natural pauses, such as the end of an over or a drinks break, when prices are steadier.
Cash out is common during run chases, when a backed team needs a few runs from the last overs. The offer always includes a margin, so taking it routinely costs money; use it only when your view of the match has changed, not to lock in a small gain out of nerves.
Over-by-over markets and “next ball” style markets carry wider margins than the match winner. Treat them as entertainment with a price, not as a source of value.
Cricket bonuses: what they are worth
Foxy Gold’s €10 free bet for new sports customers is the only dedicated sports welcome offer among the three books. A free bet usually pays the winnings without the stake, so at T20 match odds of 1.90 it returns €9 if it wins, and its fair value is a little under half its face value. Placing it on a longer price, such as a 3.00 underdog, raises the potential return to €20 but lowers the chance of collecting anything.
Stake and BC.Game rely on rakeback and VIP programmes, which return a small share of turnover over time. For regular cricket bettors these usually beat a one-off match bonus, provided the rollover terms on any locked rewards are reasonable.
Integrity and scams to avoid
Cricket has a long history of fixing cases, and the ICC runs an Anti-Corruption Unit to investigate approaches to players and officials. For bettors, the practical risk is different: “fixed match” tips sold on social media and messaging apps are scams, and anyone selling guaranteed results is lying. Sportsbook rules also let operators void bets linked to suspected manipulation or insider information, so even a genuine edge from inside knowledge would not be paid.
Common mistakes in crypto cricket betting
- Betting on match totals in a game with a poor weather forecast, without knowing the minimum-overs threshold that voids them.
- Backing a heavy favourite at 1.15 or 1.20 because it “cannot lose”, when a single upset erases several wins.
- Placing a top batter bet before the toss and forgetting that the player may not bat high in the order, or at all.
- Assuming a Test tie counts as a draw. Under the first-class rule above, draw bets lose on a tie.
- Funding a two-month T20 league with Bitcoin and then judging results in coins while the price moves underneath.
- Buying “fixed match” tips, which are always scams.
- Using a sportsbook from a country that bans it, which leaves you with no legal route if a withdrawal is refused.
Sportsbooks versus prediction markets for cricket
Some crypto users bet on cricket through prediction markets, buying contracts that pay a fixed amount if a team wins. Prices come from other users rather than a bookmaker, so the cost is a trading fee and the spread between buy and sell prices instead of a built-in overround. Coverage of cricket on these platforms is usually thinner than at a sportsbook, often limited to major tournaments and match winners. Regulators in several countries treat sports event contracts as betting, so the same legal checks apply as for any sportsbook.
How to choose a crypto cricket sportsbook
- Legal position first. Confirm that your country does not prohibit offshore betting, then confirm that the book does not restrict your country.
- Competition coverage. Check that the leagues you follow, from the IPL to domestic first-class cricket, are listed with more than a match-winner market.
- Settlement rules. Read the cricket section of the sportsbook terms, especially DLS, ties and the minimum-overs thresholds.
- Margins. Add up the implied probabilities on a few matches and compare two books on the same fixture.
- Coins and networks. Prefer a book that takes USDT on a cheap network for long tournaments.
- Licence you can check. Confirm the licence number on the regulator’s register or validator before you deposit.
- Withdrawal caps. A big outright win can hit daily limits; Foxy Gold’s default caps are €4,000 a day and €10,000 a week.
Safer betting during a long cricket season
Cricket’s calendar never stops, with a franchise league or an international series running almost every week of the year. That makes limits more important than in seasonal sports. Set a weekly budget, use the deposit limits and time-outs the sportsbook offers, and record every bet in your home currency as well as in coins. If betting stops being fun, Gamblers Anonymous (gamblersanonymous.org) runs free meetings worldwide, and our responsible gambling page lists further help. For football markets and how they settle, see our crypto football betting guide.
Crypto cricket betting FAQ
Can you bet on cricket with crypto?
Yes. Stake, BC.Game and Foxy Gold all listed cricket markets on 8 October 2026 and accept Bitcoin and USDT. Whether you may use them depends on your country: India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, South Africa, Australia and the UK restrict or ban offshore betting sites.
Is crypto cricket betting legal in India?
No route is legal for offshore books. The Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025, which received assent on 22 August 2025, bans offering, advertising and processing payments for online money games, including betting. The penalties target operators, promoters and payment providers rather than players, but Indian residents have no legal protection on these sites.
Is betting allowed in cricket?
Betting on cricket is legal in some countries through licensed bookmakers, for example in the UK with a Gambling Commission licensee, in Australia with an Australian-licensed bookmaker and in South Africa with a provincially licensed one. Players and officials themselves are barred from betting on matches under cricket’s anti-corruption codes.
Is there any legal cricket betting app?
Legal apps exist only where a local licence exists, such as UK-licensed or Australian-licensed bookmakers’ apps in those countries. Offshore crypto sportsbooks generally run in the mobile browser, because Apple and Google only allow real-money gambling apps from operators licensed in the user’s country.
How does DLS affect my cricket bet?
Match winner bets settle on the official result, including a DLS-revised target. Totals and player markets can be void if too few overs are bowled: at Foxy Gold, match totals need 80% of the scheduled overs in each innings and top batter markets need 40%.
Bitcoin or USDT for cricket betting?
USDT for most people, because its dollar peg protects a bankroll through a long tournament. Bitcoin is accepted everywhere but its price can move more in a week than a careful bettor wins in a season.
What happens to my bet if a cricket match is tied?
In two-way limited-overs markets labelled “incl. super over”, the super over decides the winner. In three-way and Test markets, a tie is settled as a dead heat between the teams and bets on the draw lose.
Which cricket markets suit beginners?
The match winner and simple innings-runs totals are the easiest to follow and the least affected by obscure settlement rules. Player props and over-by-over markets carry wider margins and more void conditions, so leave them until you know the rules of the book you use.
Is there a legal USDT betting site in India?
No. Since the 2025 Act, no operator may lawfully offer online betting to people in India, whatever currency or coin it accepts. A site that advertises USDT deposits to Indian players is operating outside Indian law, and payments, winnings and personal data on it have no local protection.
