FortuneJack Review 2026: Licence, Bonus and Withdrawals

Short answer: FortuneJack is a long-running crypto casino and sportsbook, open since 2014, now operated by PlayWave SRL of Costa Rica under Anjouan licence ALSI-202411021-FI1. It is not available in the US, the UK, Australia, Austria, France, Germany, the Netherlands or Spain, and it suits players who want a big slot library, about a dozen coins and instant games more than generous bonus value.

FortuneJack earns its place through longevity and range rather than headline value. Few crypto casinos from the 2014 generation are still trading; most of its early rivals have closed. The weak spots are in the small print. Every casino deposit must be wagered twice before you can withdraw it, even without a bonus. The welcome package pays free spins rather than cash, and the 10x deposit turnover it asks for will usually cost more in expected losses than the spins are worth (worked maths below). Dormant accounts also lose 5% of their balance per month after 12 months of inactivity.

Who runs FortuneJack

The terms name PlayWave SRL, a limited liability company registered in Costa Rica with number 3-102-914970, as the operator. Customer emails go to [email protected] or [email protected]. Older reviews (including the previous version of this page) named Nexus Group Enterprises and a Curaçao licence; that set-up no longer appears anywhere on the site.

The licence is issued by the Offshore Finance Authority of the State of Anjouan under the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005. Anjouan is one of the islands of the Union of Comoros, and its licence is a light-touch offshore permit: it requires an ADR service, AML procedures, responsible gaming tools and certified RNGs, but it does not give you the deposit protection or complaint handling of a European regulator.

How to verify the licence step by step

1. Scroll to the footer of fortunejack.com and click the Anjouan seal (do not type the domain into a search box; a bare-domain lookup on the Anjouan register can say INVALID).
2. Check that the validator opens on verification.anjouangamingboard.org and that the URL carries a seal ID.
3. Confirm the company name (PlayWave SRL), the licence number ALSI-202411021-FI1 and the registered website fortunejack.com.
4. Read the operating status. On 7 October 2026 it said VALID.
5. Read the excluded-territory list on the same page: Australia, Comoros, France, Netherlands, Spain, United Kingdom and USA. FortuneJack’s own terms add Austria and Germany.

FortuneJack welcome bonus explained

The old 6 BTC package and the “BBC2023” code are gone. Since the current offer launched, new players choose either a casino path or a sports path, and only one of them.

Casino path: four missions

FortuneJack’s own example: deposit 500 USD, wager it 10 times on slots, and you unlock 500 free spins for that mission. You have 14 days to finish all four missions, and each mission opens only on the day after the previous one is complete. Spins land in a “Freespins Bank” and must be used within 3 days on a short list of games, among them Gates of Olympus, Sweet Bonanza, Le Bandit, Pho Sho and Aviator.

Turnover counts on slots and on Aviator, where losing bets and cash-outs at 1.5x or higher count double. Live casino, roulette, blackjack, dice, crash and instant games do not count.

Worked maths: what a mission is worth

Take a 100 USD first deposit. The 10x condition means 1,000 USD of slot bets. On a slot with 96% RTP, the expected cost of that turnover is about 4% of 1,000 USD, so roughly 40 USD.

In return you get 100 free spins. The operator’s splitting example (100 free spins can be played as 50 spins at 0.40 USD) implies each spin is valued at 0.20 USD, so 100 spins carry about 20 USD of stake. At 96% RTP those spins return about 19 USD on average, and the terms warn that free-spin winnings “may carry wagering requirements”.

The result: on average you give up more in house edge than the spins return. The offer makes sense only if you planned to play 10x your deposit on slots anyway, in which case the spins are a rebate on play you would have done. Treat it that way and it is fair value; chase it and it is not.

Sports path

The sports welcome gives a 100% free bet up to 200 USD on your first sports deposit. You must wager that deposit 3x on combo tickets with at least three selections at minimum odds of 1.3 each; cash-out and bet-builder tickets do not count. General bonus rules that apply

• Default rollover on standard bonuses is 30x, unless a promotion states otherwise.
• Maximum bet while a bonus is active: 10 USD or the equivalent.
• Winnings from a wagering bonus are capped at 5x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses expire after 7 days unless the offer says otherwise; loyalty bonuses last 10 days.
• Minimum deposit to claim a standard bonus: 0.002 BTC or the equivalent.
• One active bonus at a time; a withdrawal request cancels any active reward.

Reloads, cashback and loyalty

Loyalty members from Silver 1 upward get a Monday reload that must be activated before the deposit. The bonus terms list 25% up to 0.25 BTC at Silver 1 and 2, and 35% up to 0.5 BTC at Silver 3 and 4 and the first Gold levels. Higher tiers are handled through the VIP Zone. Cashback carries no wagering requirement under the main terms (9.1.4), which makes it the cleanest promotion on the site.

Coins, networks and deposits

The FAQ lists Bitcoin, Tether, Ethereum, Tron, Litecoin, Solana, Dogecoin, Dash, USD Coin, BNB and Polygon. For EUR, payments run through approved payment service providers, with a minimum of €20 and a maximum of €1,000 per deposit.

A few network rules in the terms matter in practice:

• ETH deposits and withdrawals must be plain ETH transfers. Smart-contract sends and tokens on the ETH address are not supported (terms 3.2).
• TRX works the same way: native TRX only, no tokens or smart contracts on that address (terms 3.3).
• Bitcoin withdrawals to SegWit wallets are not supported (terms 3.4). If your wallet only gives bc1 addresses, check the cashier before you request a payout.
• Deposits below the minimum shown in the cashier may never reach your account and may not be returned (terms 2.12).

FortuneJack says deposits on Solana, Tron, Dogecoin, Dash and Polygon are “nearly instant”, while Bitcoin can take up to 30 minutes depending on network traffic. Withdrawals: limits and times

The terms also let FortuneJack pay large sums in instalments and take “considerable” time on some requests (9.5 and 9.6). No fixed crypto cap per day or month is published, so the per-bet win limit and the instalment clause are the practical ceilings.

KYC and account rules

As of October 2026, the terms say you must enter your full name, residential address and date of birth before you can deposit or play (a rule in force since 1 September 2024). Document checks are conditional: FortuneJack may ask for ID, a utility bill and proof of payment at any time, may require notarised or apostilled copies, and may close an account and confiscate funds if documents are not supplied in time. In practice, expect a check before a large first withdrawal.

• One account per person; accounts linked to the same household can be treated as duplicates.
• Disposable email addresses or phone numbers can lead to closure and confiscation.
• Dormant after 12 months without transactions; after a 30-day notice and contact attempts, a 5% monthly fee applies.
• Minimum age 18, or higher where local law says so.

Slots dominate. The provider pages include Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, NetEnt, Play’n GO, Relax Gaming, Nolimit City, Big Time Gaming, Red Tiger, Yggdrasil, BGaming, Betsoft, Endorphina and Playtech, along with many smaller studios. Live tables come from Evolution and other live providers, with blackjack, roulette, baccarat and game shows.

Not every game is open in every country. Section 16.2 of the terms lists per-studio blocks: Hacksaw Gaming, for example, excludes Ontario, Sweden, Italy, Portugal and many more, and Spribe (Aviator) excludes Georgia, Armenia and Russia among others. Provably fair: what it covers

FortuneJack advertises a provably fair section alongside certified RNG for the rest of the lobby. That distinction matters. Provably fair verification (server seed, client seed and nonce you can check after each round) applies only to the originals-style instant games that display a verification option. Third-party slots and live dealer games cannot be verified that way; for those you rely on the studio’s RNG certification and the licence. FortuneJack’s terms set a tight clock. You must raise any claim with [email protected] no more than 7 business days after the transaction. If you disagree with the answer, appeal to the Support Manager, who gives a final decision within 14 business days.

After that, the Anjouan route applies. The licensing authority does not rule on individual complaints. Instead, you complain through the site seal; the operator has 30 days to respond, and disputes over game outcomes must be raised within 14 days.
