Bet Sensation still operates, but under a new name: BETSSEN (betssen.com), run by Great BDG Randon Entertainment N.V. of Curaçao under Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/544/0557. You can check that licence yourself on the CGA certificate linked from the site footer, which showed it as Active on 8 October 2026. Players from the United States, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, France, Australia and Spain cannot sign up, and the general terms add Armenia, Russia, Ukraine and Yemen to the excluded list.

Our short verdict: BETSSEN is a large sportsbook and casino that takes 15 cryptocurrencies alongside cards and e-wallets, with a welcome package of up to 1,000 dollars. Its rules are long and strict, though, with withdrawal caps, a deposit turnover rule before cash-outs and some rule pages that still quote an obsolete licence. Read the terms before you deposit. This is an independent review: we have no commercial deal with BETSSEN, so the page carries no tracked links and no star rating.

From Bet Sensation to BETSSEN

The old betsensation.com domain no longer resolves. BETSSEN’s About Us page describes the brand as “BETSSEN (aka Bet Sensation)” and says it has been online since 2010. Its operator is the same company named on our earlier review, Great BDG Randon Entertainment N.V. If you arrived here looking for the Bet Sensation casino, betssen.com is where the brand now lives, and the mobile site runs at m.betssen.com.

Much of the earlier copy on this page is out of date. A Curaçao eGaming sublicence is no longer how Curaçao operators are licensed, and the 2020-era bonus figures are gone. What follows is rebuilt from BETSSEN’s own terms, policies and promotion pages as they read in October 2026.

Licence and how to verify it

Curaçao replaced its old master-licence system with the National Ordinance on Games of Chance (LOK), in force since 24 December 2024, and the Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA) now issues licences directly. BETSSEN’s footer says betssen.com is licensed by the CGA under OGL/2024/544/0557 and links to a certificate on cert.cga.cw. That certificate names Great BDG Randon Entertainment N.V. (company number 146093) as operator, gives 28 April 2025 as the grant date and lists the status as Active.

To check it yourself, scroll to the footer of betssen.com, click the CGA seal and confirm that the certificate opens on cert.cga.cw, names betssen.com and shows an Active status. One inconsistency is worth flagging. The general terms and the Contact Us page still quote “8048/JAZ”, the old master-licence number from before the 2024 reform, and the AML policy refers to the “Curacao Gaming Control Board”. The footer, the complaints policy and the CGA certificate all reflect the current regime, so we treat the CGA licence as the valid one and the older wording as stale text the operator has not yet cleaned up.

Who can play

According to the footer, the licence holder may not offer its services in the United States, the Netherlands, France, the United Kingdom, Australia, Spain, the Dutch West Indies, Aruba, Bonaire, Statia, Dutch St Martin or Curaçao. Clause 2.1.3 of the general terms adds Armenia, Russia, Ukraine, other US territories and Yemen, and warns that some countries face separate exclusions for casino, live casino, poker and bingo. Players also have to be 18 or older, or older where local law sets a higher age.

Welcome bonus and wagering maths

The current casino welcome offer is billed as a 200 percent package worth up to 1,000 USD over the first two deposits. You claim it under Bonuses before you deposit, and you choose one first-deposit option only:

• First deposit, option 1: 100 percent bonus with any method except Skrill or Neteller.
• First deposit, option 2: 120 percent bonus when paying with Skrill or Neteller.
• Both first-deposit options: minimum 20 USD, maximum 500 USD, bonus wagering 40x, deposit wagering 2x on slots only.
• Second deposit: 80 percent bonus with any method, minimum 30 USD, maximum 500 USD, bonus wagering 35x, deposit wagering 2x on slots only.

Other conditions apply to both parts. The maximum bet while a bonus is active is 10 USD, and payouts from the bonus are capped at ten times or 2,000 USD. The general bonus policy caps all welcome bonuses together at 2,000 USD. The offer is not available in Turkey, Finland, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ireland, Georgia, Greece, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Serbia or South Korea.

Here is a worked example in a stablecoin. Deposit 100 USDT and take option 1: you get a 100 USDT bonus. Before the bonus converts, you must stake 40 x 100 = 4,000 USDT in bonus wagering, plus 2 x 100 = 200 USDT of deposit turnover on slots. At the 10 USDT maximum bet, that means at least 420 spins. Live-casino players get a separate 100 percent Live Casino Welcome Bonus up to 200 USD on a minimum 20 USD deposit, with 35x bonus wagering and 2x deposit wagering. It counts only on classic Evolution and Ezugi blackjack tables plus Crazy Time, Funky Time, Dream Catcher and Imperial Quest, and it expires two days after it is credited.

Other promotions

The promotions page in October 2026 listed a 15 percent daily slot cashback, 7 percent daily live casino cashback, 10 percent daily sports cashback, a daily 30 percent slot deposit bonus, a fourth-deposit reload, a birthday bonus and a refer-a-friend offer. A loyalty scheme, BETSSEN Club, runs alongside them with points you can spend in an exchange shop. Weekly deposit-bonus payouts are capped at 1,000 USD and monthly ones at 2,000 USD under the general bonus policy, and no-deposit offers pay out no more than 30 USD.

Cryptocurrencies and payment methods

BETSSEN’s Crypto Transactions Policy lists 15 supported tokens: Bitcoin (BTC), BNB, TRON (TRX), Dogecoin (DOGE), Solana (SOL), Shiba Inu (SHIB), Ethereum (ETH), XRP, Litecoin (LTC), USDT on ERC-20, USDT on TRC-20, Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Cardano (ADA), Stellar (XLM) and DAI. Fiat options listed in the site FAQ include Visa and Mastercard, Interac, Neteller, Skrill, Paysafecard, Rapid Transfer, MuchBetter, Jeton, AstroPay, Sticpay, Paydo, Payz, eZeeWallet, PayStage, Pix, Directa24 and local bank transfer. Clause 26.1 says the methods you see depend on your country and currency. Per-transaction crypto deposits run from 10 USD to 10,000 USD equivalent.

Withdrawals: limits and timing

BETSSEN publishes its own figures, so treat these as operator-stated rather than tested:

• Processing: within 72 hours of the request (terms, clause 29.1).
• Crypto withdrawal per transaction: minimum 10 USD, maximum 3,000 USD equivalent.
• Daily cap: 7,000 USD or EUR equivalent; weekly cap: 15,000 USD or EUR equivalent.
• Manual review for any crypto withdrawal over 1,000 EUR, and for any change of withdrawal address.
• No more than three withdrawals in any 24 hours (clause 29.8).

Clause 29.9 matters most in practice. Before any withdrawal, you must wager 200 percent of your deposit, and sports bets count only at odds of 1.3 or higher. Withdrawals go back to the method you deposited with where possible, and crypto payouts go only to wallets approved during verification. A mistyped wallet address or tag is your loss, not the casino’s (clause 27.4).

KYC and verification

As of October 2026, BETSSEN’s rules say no withdrawal is processed until KYC is complete (clause 30.2). The crypto policy lists government ID, proof of address, a selfie liveness check through a third-party tool, and sanctions and PEP screening, and the AML policy names Sumsub as the verification provider. Verification starts only after you have deposited, but the terms disagree on the threshold: clause 25.4 says cumulative deposits of 10 USD, while clause 29.2 says 50 USD. Higher-risk accounts may be asked for source-of-funds or source-of-wealth documents.

Two other rules can cost you money. Clause 3.5 lets BETSSEN void the balance of an account with no logins for six months. Clause 2.4 says that when an account is closed, by you or by the casino, the remaining balance is reduced in full and open bonuses and bets are voided, so withdraw what you want to keep before you close an account.

Games and providers

Casino games come from studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play’n GO, Nolimit City, Hacksaw Gaming, Yggdrasil, Endorphina, Pascal Gaming and Popok Gaming, with live tables from Evolution and Ezugi. The site also advertises progressive jackpots such as Mega Moolah, buy-feature slots, game shows like Spaceman, crash games such as Aviatrix and Crash Infinity, plus Plinko, Mines, bingo, TV games and poker.

Sportsbook

Sports betting was the brand’s starting point. BETSSEN says it covers more than 120 sports categories, with over 70,000 live events and 140,000 pre-match events a month, and it adds esports and virtual sports. The terms set a 1 EUR minimum stake and cap accumulator (“Express”) odds at 2,000, while the FAQ quotes 1,000, another inconsistency to keep in mind. Support runs through 24/7 live chat and by email at [email protected] or [email protected]. BETSSEN’s complaints policy says complaints go to [email protected] or live chat, are acknowledged within 24 hours, and get a response within 14 calendar days (five business days for responsible gaming matters). Complaints should be filed within six months of the incident.

If the casino does not resolve it, the next step under the Curaçao regime is a CGA-certified alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body. The CGA accepts complaints as supervisory information but does not settle individual disputes, so ADR or the courts remain the formal routes. Keep screenshots, transaction IDs and the date of every message.

Responsible gambling tools

BETSSEN’s responsible gaming policy lists deposit, loss and time limits, cooling-off periods, self-exclusion and self-assessment tests, and recommends blocking software such as BetBlocker, GamBlock and Gamban. Our verdict

BETSSEN is the same operation that ran Bet Sensation, now with a current Curaçao Gaming Authority licence you can verify in a few clicks. It suits players who want a sportsbook and casino in one account and who pay in crypto, with a wide token list including two USDT networks. The trade-offs are written into its rules: weekly crypto withdrawal caps, a 2x deposit turnover before cash-outs, strict bonus caps and rule pages that have not caught up with the 2024 licence change.
