Fact-Checker, Licensing & Compliance

Elena Márquez

Elena is the fact-checker for Best Bitcoin Casino. Every page refreshed or published since October 2026 passes her check before it goes live, and the page shows her name and the date of the check.

Her process is claim by claim. Licence numbers are checked against the regulator's register or the licence seal on the operator's site. Bonus amounts, wagering, maximum bets and withdrawal limits are checked against the operator's current terms. Legal statements are checked against the statute text or the regulator's own publications, not against other gambling websites. Figures such as RTP and house edge are checked against the game provider's published rules.

When a claim cannot be confirmed from a primary source it is removed or rewritten, and when operators publish conflicting information (for example two different licence numbers on two pages of the same site) the review says so instead of picking one quietly.

Elena also writes the licence explainers in the Licences section: who issues each licence, what it does and does not protect, and how to verify a casino's licence yourself, step by step.

She has no say in which casinos are listed or how commission works; her job is that what the page says is true on the day it was checked.
