Sites Like Stake.us: Crypto Sweepstakes Alternatives (October 2026)

Sites like Stake.us compared: which sweepstakes casinos take crypto for purchases and prize redemptions, minimums, excluded states and age limits, Oct 2026.

By Daniel Okafor Fact-checked by Elena Márquez Updated 19 min read

The closest sites like Stake.us in October 2026 are the crypto-friendly sweepstakes casinos: Shuffle.us, Goated.us, Whale.us, Acebet and PlayFame all sell Gold Coin bundles for crypto and can pay Sweeps Coin prizes in crypto. If you do not need crypto, McLuck, RealPrize and Pulsz are large card-based alternatives with long-running sweepstakes programmes. Every brand below was checked from a US connection on 24 October 2026, using each operator’s own rules, terms and help pages.

This site normally covers international crypto casinos that exclude the United States. This page and our guide to crypto casinos for US players are the two exceptions written for American readers. We have no commercial deal with any sweepstakes operator, so you will find no ratings, no scores and no tracked links here, only the facts each operator publishes. For Stake.us codes and the current welcome bundle, see our separate Stake.us promo code page.

Who this page is for: adults (18+ or 21+ depending on the site) in US states where sweepstakes play is still permitted. No purchase is necessary at any of these sites, and none of them is a licensed real-money casino.

Sites like Stake.us at a glance (October 2026)

The table compares what each operator states in its own documents. “Crypto purchase” means you can buy Gold Coin bundles with cryptocurrency; “crypto redemption” means Sweeps Coin prizes can be paid to a crypto wallet. Excluded states are quoted from each operator’s rules or terms and can change at any time.

Site Operator (as stated) Crypto purchase Crypto redemption Minimum redemption Welcome offer (as shown) Min. age Excluded states

Pulsz Yellow Social Interactive Limited (Gibraltar) Not offered in its terms No Not stated in terms 200%+ extra Gold Coins on the welcome bundle 21+ 14 states, including CA, AZ, AL, MD

Read the table as a starting point, not a verdict. A crypto rail is only useful if the site also accepts your state, and the excluded-state lists above differ more than most players expect: Florida, for example, is open at Stake.us, Whale.us, Acebet and PlayFame, but closed at Shuffle.us and Goated.us.

What makes Stake.us different

Stake.us is the US sweepstakes sister of Stake.com, but the two products work differently. On Stake.us you play with two virtual tokens: Gold Coins, which are for fun only and can never be redeemed, and Stake Cash, the sweepstakes token that can be redeemed for prizes. Stake’s help centre states plainly that Stake Cash is redeemed “for prizes in the form of cryptocurrencies”, so there is no bank or card payout route.

Three more features set it apart. First, the purchase side is built around crypto: you send coins from an external wallet to a purchase address, and Stake’s help centre names supported networks per coin (ETH over ERC20 or BEP20, USDC over ERC20, BEP20 or Polygon) and warns that Cronos, Base, Arbitrum and Optimism are not supported. Second, free Stake Cash that comes with a Gold Coin bundle must be played through three times before you can redeem it, and the $30 bundle carries no free Stake Cash at all. Third, Stake.us sets a daily purchase limit of 9,000 US dollars per account.

Stake Originals, the in-house games, are provably fair, which means you can check each result against a server seed and your own client seed. Our provably fair guide explains how that check works. Third-party slots and live tables are not provably fair in that sense; they rely on the provider’s certified random number generator.

Where Stake.us is available

Stake.us’s terms (version 18.0, dated 10 July 2026) exclude 22 states: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Vermont, Washington and West Virginia. Play is limited to the continental US and Hawaii, so Alaska is out as well. Stake also faces legal pressure in states that are still open: on 19 August 2026 the Florida Attorney General sued Stake and VGW, the company behind Chumba Casino, over their sweepstakes casinos. That case was still pending when we checked.

If you were looking for the international brand, our Stake.com review covers the real-money casino. It does not accept US players, and Stake.us is the only Stake product open to Americans.

How we compared the alternatives

A “site like Stake.us” has to do more than look similar. We looked for the things that make Stake.us useful to a crypto holder and then checked each candidate against the operator’s own documents:

  • Crypto purchases: can you buy Gold Coin bundles with crypto, and which coins are named?
  • Crypto redemptions: can Sweeps Coin prizes go to a crypto wallet, or only to a bank, card or gift card?
  • Redemption minimum and caps: the smallest prize you can request and any daily or state caps.
  • Verification: what the rules say about identity checks before a payout.
  • Free entry: how the alternative method of entry (AMOE) works, usually a handwritten mail-in request.
  • Eligibility: minimum age and the operator’s own excluded-state list.
  • Who runs it: the company named as sponsor or operator.

We dropped candidates we could not verify on primary pages. Rainbet.us is live and names its operator (Sweepstone Ltd, Cyprus), but its rules did not state a redemption minimum or any crypto option. SpeedSweeps names no operating company and publishes no official rules we could find. MyPrize.US is a large social casino, yet its own homepage says crypto payment applies on MyPrize.com, its separately licensed site for players outside the US, not on MyPrize.US.

Crypto sweepstakes casinos like Stake.us

These five sites take crypto for Gold Coin purchases and offer crypto prize redemptions. All of them run provably fair originals or crash-style games alongside third-party slots, which is the other half of the Stake.us formula.

Shuffle.us

Shuffle.us is the US sweepstakes site of the Shuffle crypto casino brand, and it is the closest match to Stake.us in feel. Its sweepstakes currency is called Shuffle Cash rather than Sweeps Coins, it lists more than 7,000 games, and its in-house Shuffle Originals are provably fair. Third-party titles come from studios such as Hacksaw Gaming, BGaming, 3 Oaks, Playson and Iconic21.

Similar to Stake.us: Gold Coin bundles can be bought with Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, USDC, Polygon, Dogecoin, Shiba Inu and other coins, and prizes can be redeemed in crypto. Shuffle says 90% of redemption requests are processed in under one minute, which is the operator’s own figure.

Different from Stake.us: Shuffle also accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and it pays prizes in the currency of your most recent purchase, so a card buyer is paid in fiat. Bonus Shuffle Cash needs only a 1x play-through. The minimum redemption is 100 Shuffle Cash (100 US dollars), Shuffle Cash expires after 60 days without Shuffle Cash play, and the welcome bonus is 25,000 GC plus 1 SC once you verify your email and phone number.

Eligibility: the sponsor is Munyon Canyon Ltd of Tortola, British Virgin Islands. Players must be 18 or the age of majority. The rules exclude California, Connecticut, Delaware, the District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Vermont, Washington and West Virginia. Site: shuffle.us.

Goated.us

Goated.us is the youngest brand here and still carries a “BETA” label on its site. The sole sponsor is Goated Ventures Inc., a Nevada corporation based in Las Vegas. Like Stake.us it offers a crypto purchase route, provably fair originals and weekly and daily races.

Similar to Stake.us: Goated’s help centre lists ETH, USDC, USDT and SOL for Gold Coin purchases, and with crypto you can send any amount; coins are credited at the US-dollar value that arrives. Its rules allow redemption in a supported cryptocurrency “where available on the Platform”.

Different from Stake.us: card packages run from 5 to 1,000 US dollars per checkout, and the default prize route is USD to the account you paid with. The redemption minimum is 100 Sweeps Coins (100 US dollars) and the discretionary maximum is 500,000 US dollars per day. You must complete Level 1 verification before your first purchase.

Eligibility: 18+. Goated’s list of 26 excluded states is the longest on this page: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Vermont, Washington and West Virginia. Site: goated.us.

Whale.us

Whale.us is owned and operated by Deep Blue Coast Limited (registration number HE 494371). It calls itself a community-first social casino, with Whale Originals, tournaments, “Tribes” and a lootbox feature listed as coming soon.

Similar to Stake.us: Gold Coins can be purchased in US dollars or in a supported cryptocurrency, and crypto redemptions are paid at an implied rate of 1 Sweeps Coin to 1 US dollar, converted at the market rate when you redeem.

Different from Stake.us: Whale locks the payout currency to the purchase currency. If you bought with fiat you must redeem in fiat, if you bought with crypto you must redeem in crypto, and you cannot switch while a Sweeps Coin balance remains. Whale processes one redemption request per account per 24 hours, charges no redemption fee, caps a single redemption at 5,000 US dollars for Florida players, and does not accept wire transfers or peer-to-peer payment apps. The current welcome package is 500,000 GC plus 35.01 free SC for 14.99 US dollars, a one-time offer.

Eligibility: 18+. Whale’s terms exclude California, Connecticut, Idaho, Michigan, New York, Nevada, New Jersey, Montana, Tennessee, Indiana, Maine and Louisiana, and its availability map shows sweepstakes play in the remaining 38 states plus DC. Gold Coins expire after 90 days without gameplay. Site: whale.us.

Acebet

Acebet.cc is operated by Trey Mark Services Limited, a company registered in Cyprus (HE481956). It lists 5,898 games, including provably fair originals such as Crash, Plinko, Mines and Keno, and it runs slot battles and daily races in the Stake style.

Similar to Stake.us: Gold Coin packages can be bought with “a range of cryptocurrencies”, and prizes can be sent to supported crypto wallets. Sweeps Coins redeem at 1 SC to 1 US dollar.

Different from Stake.us: Acebet also takes Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, ACH and instant bank transfer, and pays prizes to the same range of methods. Its FAQ gives a 50 SC minimum redemption, a daily cap of 9,500 US dollars and up to 10 business days for cash redemptions. The welcome offer is 10 free SC with code ACEBET plus a 200% bonus on a first purchase of up to 10 US dollars. Its mail-in entry pays 7.5 SC per qualifying envelope.

Eligibility: 18+. Acebet’s official rules exclude only eight states: Connecticut, Iowa, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey and Washington. That list does not include California, New York, Indiana, Maine or Tennessee, even though those states have restricted or banned dual-currency sweepstakes, so check your own state’s law rather than relying on the operator’s list. Site: acebet.cc.

PlayFame

PlayFame is run by Playfame Operations Limited of Douglas, Isle of Man, part of the same group as McLuck. It is a mainstream-style slots site rather than a crypto-native one, yet it is one of the few large brands that pays prizes in crypto.

Similar to Stake.us: PlayFame’s help centre names USDT, USDC, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and Bitcoin Cash for Gold Coin purchases and says crypto redemptions usually reach the blockchain within a few hours of internal approval. It charges no extra fee for crypto, although network fees apply, and some packages cannot be bought with Bitcoin because of exchange-rate economics.

Different from Stake.us: there are no provably fair originals; the lobby is built on more than 1,000 third-party slots and live dealer games, and some game suppliers block extra states (PlayFame publishes that list separately). The minimum age is 21. The welcome offer is 7,500 free Gold Coins plus a 150% extra offer in the store.

Eligibility: PlayFame’s help centre excludes California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Washington and West Virginia. Its terms say it no longer offers promotional contests in California and stops operating in Oklahoma from 1 November 2026. Site: playfame.com.

Strong non-crypto alternatives

If you want the sweepstakes format but are happy to pay by card or bank, these large brands are worth comparing. None offers a crypto route in the terms or help pages we checked, so they are alternatives to Stake.us the game library, not to Stake.us the crypto product.

McLuck

McLuck is operated by B-Two Operations Limited (Isle of Man), the sister company that also acts as a payment agent for PlayFame. Players must be 21 or older, and the excluded states match PlayFame’s list of 18. A search of McLuck’s help centre for crypto returned no articles, so treat it as a card-and-bank site. The current homepage offer is “150% extra” on the first Gold Coin purchase. Site: mcluck.com.

RealPrize

RealPrize is run by RealPlay Tech Inc., using software developed by Realplay Ltd. Its Promotional Play Rules (version 3.1, 21 August 2026) set the clearest minimums of any mainstream brand: 100 US dollars for a cash prize and 45 dollars for a gift card, with prizes of 2,500 dollars or more possibly paid in instalments. RealPrize excludes California, Delaware, Washington, Idaho, Connecticut, Louisiana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Michigan, Montana, Indiana, Maine and Tennessee, and the minimum age is 18. Site: realprize.com.

Pulsz

Pulsz is owned and operated by Yellow Social Interactive Limited, a Gibraltar company. Its Terms of Use set a 21+ age limit and restrict Washington, Idaho, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, Alabama, Tennessee, Connecticut, New York, West Virginia, Louisiana, Maryland, California and Arizona. Players in Mississippi, New Jersey, Indiana, Maine and Oklahoma face limits on certain promotions. The welcome bundle advertises 200%+ extra Gold Coins. Site: pulsz.com.

Gold Coins, Sweeps Coins and the words that matter

Sweepstakes casinos use careful vocabulary because the legal model depends on it. You never deposit money to gamble. You purchase Gold Coins, a virtual currency with no cash value, and some bundles include free Sweeps Coins as a promotional bonus. You then play with Sweeps Coins, and winnings in Sweeps Coins can be redeemed for prizes, usually at 1 Sweeps Coin to 1 US dollar.

Names change from site to site. Stake.us calls its sweepstakes token Stake Cash, Shuffle.us uses Shuffle Cash, Whale.us and Acebet use Sweeps Coins, and RealPrize uses Sweep Coins. The rules are the same in each case: Sweeps Coins cannot be bought directly, they must usually be played through at least once before redemption, and Gold Coins can never be cashed out.

Play-through requirements matter more than headline bonuses. Shuffle.us asks for 1x on bonus Shuffle Cash. Stake.us asks for 3x on free Stake Cash received with a bundle, so 20 free Stake Cash needs 60 Stake Cash in play before it becomes redeemable. A bigger bundle bonus with a higher play-through can be worth less than a smaller one with 1x.

Buying Gold Coins with crypto: what to check

A crypto purchase on a sweepstakes site works like any wallet transfer. The site shows a purchase address for the coin you picked, you send the exact amount from your wallet or exchange, and Gold Coins appear once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain. A few practical points save money and stress:

  • Match the network. Sending a token over a network the site does not support can lose the funds. Stake.us, for example, accepts USDC over ERC20, BEP20 or Polygon but not over Base, Arbitrum or Optimism. Our Tether casino guide explains why USDT and USDC exist on several networks at once.
  • Watch the invoice clock. PlayFame warns that paying after an invoice expires, or paying twice to the same address, can lose funds.
  • Expect network fees. The sites above do not add their own crypto fee, but you still pay the blockchain fee. Low-fee networks such as Solana are covered in our Solana casino page.
  • Think about payout currency first. Whale.us locks redemptions to the currency you purchased with, and Shuffle.us pays in the currency of your latest purchase. If you want crypto prizes, make your purchases in crypto.
  • Use your own wallet. A self-custody wallet you control is the safest place to receive crypto prizes. Our crypto wallet guide compares the main options, and the Bitcoin casino page covers BTC-specific basics such as confirmation times.

Prices of crypto move while you hold it. A prize redeemed in Bitcoin is worth whatever Bitcoin is worth when you sell it, which can be more or less than the dollar value of the Sweeps Coins you redeemed. Stablecoins such as USDC and USDT avoid most of that swing, but they carry issuer risk instead.

Redemptions: minimums, speed and verification

Redemption terms separate a good sweepstakes site from a frustrating one. The published minimums range from 50 SC at Acebet to 100 SC at Shuffle.us and Goated.us, and RealPrize sets 100 dollars for cash. Some sites add caps: Whale.us allows one request every 24 hours and limits Florida players to 5,000 dollars per redemption, and Acebet caps daily redemptions at 9,500 dollars.

Speed claims come from the operators. Shuffle.us says 90% of requests are processed in under a minute, PlayFame says crypto redemptions usually settle within a few hours of approval, and Acebet allows up to 10 business days for cash. Nobody publishes independent timing data, so treat every figure as the operator’s own promise.

Verification is mandatory before any prize. Shuffle’s rules allow the operator to ask for a government photo ID, a biometric face scan, proof of address and SSN validation. PlayFame and McLuck use a two-step ID process, and Goated.us requires Level 1 verification before you can even purchase. Both Shuffle.us and Goated.us ask for extra personal information once your redemptions reach 600 US dollars in a calendar year. Finish verification before you play seriously, so a winning balance is not stuck waiting on documents.

Free entry: the alternative method of entry

Every legitimate sweepstakes site must offer a free way to get Sweeps Coins, known as the alternative method of entry (AMOE). In practice this is a handwritten request card mailed to the operator, plus daily login bonuses and promotions. Shuffle.us asks for a 4 x 6 inch blank card in a stamped #10 envelope with the address handwritten, and Acebet credits 7.5 SC per qualifying envelope. Requests usually have to come from the same state as your verified address, and bulk or third-party submissions are void.

The AMOE is slow, but it proves the legal point: you can play for prizes without buying anything. A site that hides or makes its free entry impossible to use is a warning sign.

State availability in October 2026

Sweepstakes casinos are not licensed gambling sites, and states are moving against them. Several states have banned dual-currency sweepstakes casinos, including California (from 1 January 2026), New York (December 2025), Indiana (1 July 2026), Maine (29 July 2026), Louisiana (1 August 2026) and Oklahoma (1 November 2026). Some of those laws also reach promoters and payment processors, not only operators.

Operators respond with their own excluded-state lists, and those lists do not match each other or the law perfectly. Shuffle.us and Goated.us exclude Florida, while Whale.us, Acebet and PlayFame do not. Acebet’s rules still omit California and New York. PlayFame and Goated already exclude Oklahoma, while Whale.us did not list it when we checked. Your state’s law applies whatever an operator’s list says.

Age limits differ too. Stake.us, Shuffle.us, Goated.us, Whale.us, Acebet and RealPrize accept players from 18 (or the local age of majority), while PlayFame, McLuck and Pulsz require 21. Location checks are standard: Whale.us, for example, uses a third-party geolocation provider at login, at purchase and during play, and treats VPN use as a material breach of its terms.

If you live in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, Connecticut, Delaware or Rhode Island, you can play at a state-licensed online casino instead, which gives you a regulator and a complaints route that no sweepstakes site offers.

Red flags with new sweepstakes brands

New sweepstakes sites launch every month, many as thin white-label copies, and some close with little notice. Before you buy a Gold Coin bundle at an unfamiliar brand, look for:

  • a named operating company and a registered address in the terms or footer;
  • published official sweepstakes rules with a redemption minimum and an excluded-state list;
  • a working mail-in entry with a real postal address;
  • clear identity-verification steps before purchase or redemption;
  • a support channel and a responsible play page with self-exclusion.

Every brand in our table passed the first two checks at least in part, which is why sites without a named operator or rules were left out. Crypto purchases cannot be reversed by your bank, so the cost of picking a bad site is higher when you pay in crypto.

Play responsibly

Sweepstakes play is still gambling-style play with real prizes, and buying Gold Coins costs real money. Set a monthly budget before you start, use the purchase limits and self-exclusion tools each site offers (Whale.us, for example, sets self-exclusion at a minimum of one year), and stop if you find yourself buying bundles to chase losses. Free, confidential help is available 24/7 from the National Council on Problem Gambling at 1-800-MY-RESET. Our responsible gambling page lists more support options.

Sites like Stake.us: FAQ

What is the closest site to Stake.us?

For crypto players, Shuffle.us and Goated.us come closest: both are run by crypto casino brands, sell Gold Coin bundles for crypto, offer provably fair in-house games and can pay Sweeps Coin prizes in crypto. Whale.us, Acebet and PlayFame also accept crypto for purchases and redemptions. Check each site’s excluded-state list before you sign up, because Shuffle.us and Goated.us exclude more states than Stake.us does.

Which sweepstakes casinos redeem prizes in crypto?

As of 24 October 2026, Shuffle.us, Whale.us, Acebet and PlayFame say they pay Sweeps Coin prizes in crypto, and Goated.us says crypto redemption is offered where available on its platform. Stake.us pays Stake Cash prizes in crypto by default, and offers bank transfer only to accounts that have made a card purchase. McLuck, RealPrize and Pulsz do not offer a crypto option in the terms and help pages we checked.

Can I buy Sweeps Coins on sites like Stake.us?

No. On every legitimate sweepstakes site you purchase Gold Coins, which have no cash value, and some bundles include free Sweeps Coins as a bonus. Sweeps Coins themselves cannot be bought, and every site on this page also offers a free mail-in entry (AMOE) as a no-purchase way to get them.

It depends on your state. Several states have banned dual-currency sweepstakes casinos, including California (1 January 2026), New York (December 2025), Indiana (1 July 2026), Maine (29 July 2026), Louisiana (1 August 2026) and Oklahoma (1 November 2026). Each operator also publishes its own list of excluded states, and those lists differ, so read the official rules of the site you plan to use.

What is the minimum redemption at Stake.us alternatives?

The minimums published in the operators’ own rules are 100 Sweeps Coins at Shuffle.us and Goated.us, 50 Sweeps Coins at Acebet and 100 US dollars for a cash prize at RealPrize (45 dollars for a gift card). Whale.us, PlayFame, McLuck and Pulsz did not state a redemption minimum on the pages we checked.

Do I need to verify my identity to redeem prizes?

Yes. Every site on this page requires identity checks before it pays a prize. Shuffle.us lists a government photo ID, a biometric face scan, proof of address and SSN validation as possible steps, and Goated.us and Shuffle.us ask for extra personal information once you redeem 600 US dollars or more in a calendar year.

Is Stake.us the same as Stake.com?

No. Stake.us is a US sweepstakes site that uses Gold Coins and Stake Cash. Stake.com is the international real-money crypto casino, licensed in Curaçao, and it does not accept players from the United States.
