Two sets of terms: read the one you are served

Foxy Gold shows different terms documents to different countries. The version served to a Canadian connection on 7 October 2026 is headed “Last updated: 11/05/2026”. It lists restricted territories in clause 3.1.3 (including the US, the UK, Australia, Austria, France, Germany, Spain, Lithuania, Israel, the Netherlands and New Brunswick), sets a €10 minimum withdrawal and a €50,000 maximum withdrawal per month (clause 8.6), and charges an inactive-account fee of €5 per month after twelve months without activity.

A second version, dated 22 January 2026 and served to a Swedish connection, is written differently. Its default withdrawal limits are €4,000 per day, €10,000 per week and €20,000 per month, and clause 8.1.1 caps casino profit in any rolling 72-hour window at €5,000 for Standard users, €25,000 for Advanced users and €100,000 for Premium users. That version charges €50 a month after seven months of inactivity. The toplist card above quotes the daily and weekly limits from this January version.

Licence and how to verify it

3. Confirm the company name (3-102-937894 Limitada), the registered website (www.foxygold.com) and “Operating status: VALID”.

On 7 October 2026 the seal link returned VALID and stated that the licensee may offer games of chance under the Tobique Gaming Act 2023. Typing the bare domain into the validator without the seal ID returned INVALID for the same site, so a bare lookup proves nothing either way. The commission’s public licence-holder list names 3-102-937894 Limitada with a B2C licence expiring on 26 March 2027; it does not print licence numbers, so the number 0000163 comes from the casino’s own footer and terms.

Ownership has not been stable since launch. Decisions by Sweden’s regulator Spelinspektionen in 2025 linked foxygold.com to other companies, and trade press has named more than one operator for the brand. Today both the casino footer and the regulator’s validator name 3-102-937894 Limitada. The same Costa Rican company holds a Tobique licence for several other casinos, so it is a shared licence vehicle rather than a company dedicated to Foxy Gold.

Welcome bonus and wagering maths

New players can claim up to €1,200 plus 120 free spins on the first deposit. Foxy Gold’s promotions list labels the offer “Foxy Welcome Offer”. The promotion’s internal name suggests a 150% match, but the rendered terms did not confirm the percentage, so check the offer page before you deposit. The general bonus terms then apply:

• Wagering: the bonus amount must be wagered 35 times before it becomes withdrawable cash.
• Max bet with bonus funds: €5 (or $5) per round.
• Max winnings from bonus funds: €2,000.
• Feature buys are not allowed with bonus funds, and a bonus below €0.10 closes automatically.
• Requesting a withdrawal cancels any unused bonus, free spins or free bets.

Here is how the multiplier works on a real example. Say your deposit is converted to €200 and you receive €200 of bonus funds. At 35x, you must place €7,000 in slot bets before the bonus turns into cash. Live game shows count 20%, which turns that into €35,000 of bets. Blackjack, roulette and baccarat count only 10%, so clearing the same bonus on table games would take €70,000 in wagers. Dice, crash, bingo and scratch games count 0%.

Foxy Gold’s homepage lists eleven coins under “Digital Gold (Cryptocurrency), Powered by XCoins”: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Binance Coin, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Ripple (XRP), Tether, USD Coin, Tron, Cardano and Bitcoin Cash. Account balances run in a fiat currency, so the coin you send is converted at the processor’s rate when it arrives.

No network list is published outside the cashier. Tether and USD Coin each exist on several blockchains, and sending USDT on the wrong one can mean a lost deposit. Copy the address and the network label from the cashier together, send a small test amount first, and wait for it to land. Withdrawals: limits and times

Operator-stated speeds from the homepage: crypto withdrawals “processed in minutes”, bank transfers “completed in under 48 hours”, and “most withdrawals are instant”, staying under 24 hours when extra verification is needed. We have not timed a payout ourselves.

Limits come from the terms and differ by version, as shown above: €50,000 per month in the Canadian-served text, or €4,000 a day, €10,000 a week and €20,000 a month plus 72-hour profit caps in the January text. All withdrawals must go back to the deposit method where possible. If you withdraw before wagering your deposit once, Foxy Gold may deduct 8% with a €4 minimum.

KYC and verification

As of October 2026 the terms let Foxy Gold ask for verification before you bet or withdraw. Clause 8.3 lists photo ID, proof of address, a selfie or a verification call. Expect the check at your first withdrawal at the latest, and earlier if your deposits are large or your details do not match. Upload clear documents in advance to avoid a long hold.
