Roobet Review

Roobet is a crypto casino and sportsbook run by Raw Entertainment B.V. (Curaçao company number 157205) under Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA) licence OGL/2024/687/0427. The CGA certificate linked from Roobet’s footer shows that licence as Active, granted on 31 July 2024. Residents of 25 territories cannot register, among them the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, the Netherlands and Curaçao itself. Canada and India are not on that list.

Our verdict: Roobet is a licensed, long-running brand with 11 coins, published network rules, 24/7 live support and 15 provably fair house games. It does not run a deposit-match welcome bonus; value comes through rakeback, raffles and a level system instead. Roobet is not one of the brands we score, so this review has no rating and no sign-up button. The official site is roobet.com.

Is Roobet legit and who owns it?

Roobet is a licensed operator. Its terms name Raw Entertainment B.V., a Curaçao company with number 157205, as the operator of roobet.com under licence OGL/2024/687/0427. The Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate for that licence states it was granted on 31 July 2024 under the National Ordinance on Games of Chance (LOK) and is currently Active. A sister company in Cyprus handles card and bank payments.

That Cyprus company is Raw Entertainment Ltd (registration HE421735), described in the terms as a paying and operational agent for the Curaçao licence holder. Readers who knew Roobet years ago may remember a different owner on the old footer; the current terms name only the two Raw Entertainment companies. To check the licence yourself, scroll to the footer of roobet.com, click the CGA seal and confirm three things on the certificate page: the domain, the company name and the word Active.

A licence does not settle every question. Curaçao’s regulator does not mediate individual player disputes, which is why the complaint route below matters. The LOK took effect on 24 December 2024 and replaced the old master-licence system, so any page still describing Roobet under “Curaçao eGaming” wording is out of date. Which countries can play Roobet?

Roobet blocks residents of 25 jurisdictions in section 3.5 of its terms: Aruba, Australia, Bonaire, Cuba, Curaçao, Cyprus, Gibraltar, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Malta, Myanmar, Netherlands, Nicaragua, North Korea, Saba, Saint Maarten, Saint Martin, South Sudan, Statia, Syria, United States, United Kingdom, Yemen and Zimbabwe. Everyone else may register if local law allows it. Using a VPN from a blocked country breaks the player warranties in section 8.

The same list appears in Roobet’s help centre article on restricted regions. Section 8.11 of the terms makes you promise that you are not accessing the site from a restricted territory, and section 8.12 adds any jurisdiction that prohibits gambling. A breach gives the operator grounds to close the account, so a balance won from a blocked location is at real risk.

Roobet in the USA

Roobet does not accept players from the United States. The United States is named in the restricted list, and US residents may not access the site or open an account. Search interest in Roobet from the US is high, partly because of streaming, but the operator’s own terms are clear. Roobet in Canada

Canada is not on Roobet’s restricted list, and Roobet offers Interac deposits and withdrawals through the Gigadat payment service. Ontario is a separate case. The province runs a regulated market through iGaming Ontario, and Roobet does not appear on its list of regulated operators, so it is an offshore site there. Roobet’s help centre says Interac withdrawals can take one to three business days to reach the bank after Roobet sends them. That is an operator statement, not a guarantee, and it applies to the fiat route only. Crypto withdrawals are a separate path with no fixed time quoted.

Roobet in India and Australia

Australia is on Roobet’s restricted list, so Australians cannot open an account. India is not on the list, and the help centre shows UPI deposits and IMPS withdrawals. That does not make Roobet lawful for Indian players: since 1 May 2026, India’s Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act 2025 bans online money games nationwide. What bonuses does Roobet offer new players?

Roobet has no deposit-match welcome bonus and no standing sign-up code on its own pages as of 27 October 2026. New accounts get a +10% boost to Instant Rakeback for 24 hours after sign-up, according to Roobet’s rewards article. After that, rewards come from the level-based rakeback system, timed promotions such as the $100,000 Weekly Raffle, and occasional promo codes posted by Roobet.

Roobet’s promo codes are small. The help centre says they usually pay free spins or a balance of $0.15 to $0.50, have a limited number of claims and are posted at random on Roobet’s Telegram channel or handed to partnered streamers. Some codes are for depositors only, meaning you must have deposited or wagered a set amount in the past seven days. Codes are entered under Redeem in the account menu.

The live promotions page on 27 October 2026 listed Roo Jackpots (to 31 December 2026), the $100,000 Weekly Raffle, a $1,250,000 celebrity tournament titled “Kevin Hart Takes Over Roobet” (to 7 November 2026), Drops & Wins (to 3 March 2027) and two NBA sportsbook offers. How do Roobet rakeback and VIP rewards work?

Roobet pays four kinds of rakeback: Instant (claimable every 30 minutes), Daily, Weekly and Monthly. Your level, which rises with every wager up to level 30, sets the Daily, Weekly and Monthly amounts. Part of each claim goes into a Vault that releases funds three times a day. Section 5.5 of the bonus policy stops all rakeback while a deposit-bonus wagering requirement is open.

The details sit in sections 5.1 to 5.28 of the Bonus and Promotion Policy (version 4.9, updated 9 October 2026). Instant Rakeback sends 50% of the claim to your balance and 50% to the Vault, released over the next three calendar days. Daily rewards reset at 00:00 UTC, Weekly rewards on Saturday at 00:00 UTC and Monthly rewards on the first of the month. Unclaimed rewards expire when the next one becomes available, and each Vault release lasts 24 hours.

Rakeboosts lift Instant Rakeback for a short time: +10% for 24 hours at sign-up, +10% for 60 minutes after a rank-up or a Daily, Weekly or Monthly claim, +15% after a Vault claim and +20% for 72 hours after redeeming an affiliate code. Boosts do not stack; the highest one applies. Roobet does not publish a rakeback percentage per level, and the policy says the amount depends on activity, deposits, withdrawals, win and loss streaks and chosen games.

The VIP Club is invitation only. Roobet’s VIP page lists events, VIP tournaments, weekly slot rewards, activity-based cashback, monthly VIP promotions and 24/7 dedicated support, and says there is no application process. Section 12.2 of the policy states that VIP perks are discretionary and not something a player can demand.

Wagering maths in crypto units

Because Roobet has no deposit match, the main requirement most players meet is the AML rule: wager 100% of each deposit before withdrawing. Deposit 0.01 BTC and you must place 0.01 BTC in settled bets before a withdrawal or tip goes through. Deposit 500 USDT and the figure is 500 USDT. Tips you receive need 30% wagering, so 100 USDT in tips means 30 USDT of bets.

Raffles work on much larger volumes. The Weekly Raffle gives one ticket per $1,000 wagered site-wide (two on a featured slot), so 10 tickets need 10,000 USDT of turnover. On a slot with a 96% return to player, that turnover has an expected cost of about 400 USDT, set against 100 prizes from a $100,000 pool. Treat raffles as a side effect of play you would do anyway, never as a reason to wager more.

Which coins and networks can you use at Roobet?

Roobet accepts 11 cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Tether (USDT), USD Coin (USDC), XRP, Tron, Dogecoin, Solana, Sui and BNB. Several run on more than one network. ETH works on ERC-20, Base and Arbitrum; USDT on ERC-20, Tron, Solana and BNB Smart Chain; USDC on ERC-20, Solana, BNB Smart Chain, Base and Arbitrum. Sending on a network Roobet does not list can lose the deposit.

Pick the network in the drop-down next to the deposit method, and the address changes to match. Roobet credits some Bitcoin deposits before they confirm, so you can play straight away, but withdrawals and tips wait for the confirmation counts above. Fiat routes depend on the country: cards, bank transfer, AstroPay, Jeton, MuchBetter, Vega Wallet, Interac (Canada), UPI and IMPS (India), GCash (Philippines) and M-Pesa appear among the help centre’s payment guides. Roobet also lets you buy crypto on site through a partner. Section 9.7 of the terms charges a 1% fee on every successful fiat deposit.

How fast are Roobet withdrawals and what are the limits?

Roobet does not publish a fixed crypto payout time or a public maximum. Its help centre says Roobet charges no withdrawal fee of its own; the blockchain network fee appears at the bottom of the cashier’s withdrawal page. Before any withdrawal you must wager 100% of the deposit, the deposit must be confirmed on chain, and identity checks must be complete when Roobet asks for them.

Minimum withdrawal amounts are set at Roobet’s discretion and shown on the site (terms 10.2), so check the cashier for the current figure for your coin. Pending withdrawals can be merged: if you request several at once, Roobet may reject them and ask for one combined request (10.3). Wrong wallet addresses are your responsibility (10.11). Once sent, the transaction ID appears in your notifications and history, and you can track it on a block explorer.

Fiat withdrawals go back through the deposit method where possible (10.7). After 10 fiat withdrawals in a rolling 30-day period, each further one, including the tenth, costs 2% (10.8). If you deposited with several methods, Roobet may split a withdrawal across them (10.9).

Does Roobet require KYC?

Yes, at Roobet’s discretion. Section 4.9 of the terms lets Roobet ask for any KYC document at any time and restrict deposits and withdrawals until you provide it. Section 10.5 allows it to refuse withdrawals until your identity and payment method are verified. Level 2 verification takes a passport, driving licence or government ID, front and back, reviewed daily by the compliance team.

Crypto alone does not make an account anonymous. The KYC-AML-CFT policy says Roobet checks identity (name, date of birth, address), runs politically exposed person and sanctions screening, and asks about source of funds where appropriate. It also reports suspicious transactions to the Curaçao Financial Intelligence Unit. Uploading documents before a large withdrawal, rather than after it, avoids a payout sitting in review.

What games and providers does Roobet offer?

Roobet’s help centre lists over 7,848 games from studios including Evolution, Play’n GO, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt and Red Tiger, plus Roobet’s own house games. Categories on the site cover slots, bonus buys, live casino, game shows, roulette, blackjack and baccarat. There is a sportsbook with football, basketball, tennis, cricket and esports, and a separate Predictions section for sports and political markets.

Roobet also publishes a Live RTP page and runs opt-in Roo Jackpots. Players who opt in add between $0.10 and $5.00 to each bet, split equally across four tiers that start at $200 (Mini), $5,000 (Minor), $75,000 (Major) and $250,000 (Mega). That contribution is extra cost on every bet, so leave it off unless you want it.

Is Roobet provably fair?

Roobet’s house games are provably fair, and its Fair page explains how each result is generated: Roulette, Crash, Dice, Mines, Towers, Coinflip, Plinko, Mission Uncrossable, Keno, Blackjack, Slide, Limbo, Striker, Wheel and Hilo. Is there a Roobet app?

Roobet runs in a mobile browser on iOS and Android, and the same account and wallet work across casino, sportsbook and Predictions. We did not find a native app listed in Roobet’s help centre or footer on 27 October 2026. Be careful with downloads claiming to be Roobet apps; Roobet lists official mirrors in its footer, and anything else should be treated as unofficial.

How do you contact Roobet support or make a complaint?

Roobet’s live support runs 24/7 from the account menu, and the help centre answers common questions. General questions go to [email protected] and complaints to [email protected] (terms section 26). Unresolved complaints can go to Resolvo Curaçao, which section 22 names as Roobet’s binding alternative dispute resolution body, free of charge for players.

Section 21 asks you to contact support first and allows arbitration under Curaçao law if a dispute is not settled within 30 days. The Curaçao Gaming Authority itself does not mediate individual disputes, so keep transaction IDs, chat transcripts and screenshots from the start. Chargebacks without first contacting Roobet breach section 11.7 and can lead to account closure.

Which responsible gambling tools does Roobet offer?

Roobet’s Gambling Limits feature sets wager, loss and deposit limits per day, week or month, with up to three active at once. A 24-hour time-out is available in account settings. Self-exclusion starts with a 24-hour cooldown, then runs for 1 day to permanently, and Roobet says it cannot be reversed. Free, confidential help is available from Gamblers Anonymous (gamblersanonymous.org) in many countries.
