The footer and section 1.1 of the terms name Novatrix SRL, incorporated in Costa Rica with company registration number 3-102-893958 and a registered address in Potrero Cerrado, Oreamuno, Cartago. Novatrix holds e-gaming licence 0000002 from the Tobique Gaming Commission, a First Nation regulator based in New Brunswick, Canada.

New Brunswick itself is on Koru’s restricted list, which is common for Tobique licensees: the licence lets the operator serve international players, not people in the province. A Tobique licence gives you a named regulator and an ADR route. It does not give you the deposit protection, advertising rules or binding dispute rulings you would get from a European regulator such as the UK Gambling Commission.
