Lucky Block Review
Lucky Block review: Tobique licence 0000111 and how to verify it, who can play (not the US or UK), 200% bonus maths, €10 withdrawals, KYC rules and LBLOCK.
Disclosure We may earn a commission when you click links to operators. It never buys a place on our lists or a better rating. Editorial policy
Lucky Block (luckyblock.com) is a crypto casino and sportsbook run by 3-102-939604 Limitada, a Costa Rican company, under Tobique Gaming Commission licence 0000111. To check it, click the Tobique seal on the site: it opens validate.thetgc.ca, which listed the company (trade name Blue Ocean Tech Innovations) and www.luckyblock.com as VALID on 27 October 2026. Players in the US, UK, Australia, France, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands and New Brunswick cannot sign up.
We built this review from Lucky Block’s general terms (last updated 17 September 2026), bonus terms, welcome offer, AML and responsible-gambling policies and the regulator’s validator. We have no commercial agreement with Lucky Block, so this page carries no sign-up button for it and no score. Figures that Lucky Block publishes are quoted with the page they come from; anything we could not confirm is labelled.

Is Lucky Block legit and who owns it?
Lucky Block holds a real offshore licence. Clause 1 of its general terms names 3-102-939604 Limitada as owner and operator and Tobique Gaming Commission licence 0000111 as its authority, and the regulator’s validator confirmed that company and domain as VALID on 27 October 2026. Tobique regulation comes from a First Nation in New Brunswick, Canada, and gives weaker player protection than the UK or Malta.
The validator page also gives a trade name, Blue Ocean Tech Innovations, and the company’s Costa Rica address, which matches the one in the terms. Always reach the validator through the seal on the casino’s own site rather than a link someone sends you, and check that the domain it lists is the one in your address bar. Our Tobique Gaming Commission guide explains what this licence does and does not cover.
Two points need flagging. First, clause 21.6 of the terms still says unresolved complaints can go to “our licensing body Gaming Services Provider N.V.”, which is not the Tobique Gaming Commission named in clause 1; it reads like a leftover from an older Curaçao arrangement and should be corrected. Second, the terms state plainly that the LBLOCK token and its staking services are not covered by the Tobique licence. Neither point means the casino is unlicensed, but both deserve a careful reading before you deposit.
Lucky Block’s own pages are not always consistent either. The homepage copy describes the welcome match as up to 12,500 EUR, while the welcome offer page and the homepage banner say up to €25,000; the €12,500 figure is the deposit you need to reach the maximum. In that kind of conflict, the promotion’s own terms page is the one to follow.
Which countries can play Lucky Block?
Clause 3.1.3 of Lucky Block’s terms bars residents of, and visitors from, a list that includes Afghanistan, Australia, Austria, China, France, Germany, Iran, Israel, Lithuania, the Netherlands and its Caribbean territories, Russia, Spain, the United Kingdom, the United States and its territories, Venezuela and Zimbabwe, plus the Canadian province of New Brunswick. The list says “include, but are not limited to”, so it can grow.
Clause 2.4 forbids a VPN, proxy or any tool that hides your real location. If you sign up from a restricted country anyway, clause 8.7 warns that Lucky Block cannot guarantee withdrawals for accounts that break its restricted-use rules. Being able to send a coin to the cashier does not mean the casino accepts players from your location.
Lucky Block in the USA
Lucky Block does not accept US players. The United States, its territories and the US overseas territories (American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands) are all on the restricted list, and a US connection to luckyblock.com returned a “not available in your region” notice on 27 October 2026. Offshore casinos are not licensed in any US state. US readers should use our guide to crypto casinos in the USA instead.
Lucky Block in Canada
New Brunswick is the only Canadian province on Lucky Block’s restricted list, which is notable because the Tobique First Nation that licenses it sits in that province. The rest of Canada is not excluded by the terms, and the casino and sportsbook pages loaded from a Canadian connection on 27 October 2026. Lucky Block holds no provincial licence, so provincial law still applies; our Canadian crypto casino guide covers what that means.
What bonuses and VIP rewards does Lucky Block offer?
New players get a 200% first-deposit bonus up to €25,000 plus 50 free spins on Popiplay’s Moneyfest slot, from a €20 minimum deposit. The bonus is not credited at once: each time you wager your deposit six times, 10% of it is released as cash. Existing players get weekly cashback, a Wednesday reload, missions, tournaments and a points-based VIP club.
Welcome bonus maths in crypto units
Take a first deposit worth €100 in crypto, converted at the rate the cashier applies. The bonus is 200%, or €200, paid in ten slices of €20. Every €600 of qualifying bets (six times the deposit) releases one slice, so the full €200 needs €6,000 of wagering, 60 times the deposit, inside the 14-day window. The ratio holds in any coin: a 0.002 BTC deposit means 0.12 BTC of qualifying bets before the whole bonus is released.
Game weighting changes the real cost. Under the welcome terms, slots count 100%, sports bets 50%, roulette and live roulette 5%, dice and crash games 0% and all other games 20%. At a 4% slot house edge, €6,000 of spins has an expected cost of about €240, more than the €200 bonus, so the release model mostly rewards players who would wager that much anyway. Free spins winnings carry their own seven-day wagering rule.
General bonus rules
Lucky Block’s general bonus terms (updated 1 September 2026) apply 35x wagering to other bonus amounts, cap bets at €5 or $5 per round with bonus funds, ban feature buys and limit the cash you can convert to ten times the bonus. A withdrawal request before wagering is complete forfeits all bonuses. A long excluded-games list covers whole studios, among them Red Tiger, Spribe, Mascot Gaming and Lucky Block Originals, plus many single titles.
Is there a Lucky Block promo code?
The welcome offer page says first-time depositors qualify automatically; it does not ask for a code. Lucky Block runs a refer-a-friend programme, so codes you see on other websites are usually referral tags rather than operator offers. We do not publish one.
Lucky Block VIP, cashback and reloads
According to Lucky Block’s homepage, every casino and sports player is enrolled in the loyalty programme automatically: sports bets earn 6 points per €1 wagered and slots 3 points per €1. The same page describes weekly cashback of 5% to 20% by level, free spins and Reel Spins, and a dedicated account manager at higher levels. The Mid Week Bonus Mission offers a 25% to 40% match on Wednesday deposits, capped at €500, depending on loyalty level. These are marketing descriptions, so check the live terms in your account before you rely on a rate.
Which coins does Lucky Block accept?
Lucky Block’s cashier pages cover Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether (USDT), USD Coin, Litecoin, XRP, Solana, Dogecoin, Cardano, TRON, BNB, Bitcoin Cash, Avalanche, Polygon and several memecoins, and the site also sells crypto by card for players who do not yet own any. Its homepage claims 20+ cryptocurrencies. The cashier shows the networks and any minimum deposit for each coin.
| Payment rule | What Lucky Block’s terms say |
|---|---|
| Minimum withdrawal | €10 per transaction, or the equivalent (clause 8.1) |
| Maximum withdrawal | €50,000 per month (clause 8.6) |
| Fee if deposit not wagered once | 8%, minimum €4 (clause 8.2) |
| Withdrawal route | Back to the original deposit method, unless Lucky Block allows another (clause 8.4) |
| Chargeback fee | €50 administration fee per reversal (clause 9.1) |
| Inactive account fee | €5 a month after 12 months without activity (clause 6) |
Sign-up needs only an email and a user name, or you can connect a wallet such as MetaMask, Best Wallet or Coinbase Wallet. Easy registration is not the same as anonymous cash-outs, as the KYC section below shows. Pick the network in the cashier carefully: a USDT deposit sent on the wrong chain can be lost. The network also sets the fee you pay.
How fast are Lucky Block withdrawals?
Lucky Block’s Tether page says USDT withdrawals are usually processed in about five minutes, and its Bitcoin FAQ says BTC payouts typically take a few minutes plus network confirmation time. Those are operator statements, not guarantees, and we have not tested them. A pending ID check, a large amount or network congestion can all add delay, and the 8% fee applies if you cash out a deposit you have not wagered at least once.
Does Lucky Block require KYC?
Yes, before you withdraw. Lucky Block’s AML policy describes three steps: personal details for every withdrawal, an official photo ID and electronic data check for anyone who withdraws any amount or deposits over €2,000, and source-of-wealth evidence above $5,000 in deposits or withdrawals or $3,000 in tips. Clause 8.3 of the terms adds selfie and verification-call checks.
The ID step has a specific format: a photo of your official ID next to a paperclip with a six-digit number the system generates. If the electronic check fails, Lucky Block asks for a government registration certificate or a similar proof of residence. Withdrawals, tips or deposits are held until each step is complete, so verify early. Players who want fewer checks should read our no-KYC crypto casino guide first.
What games does Lucky Block have, and are they provably fair?
Lucky Block offers thousands of slots, a live casino with game shows such as Crazy Time and Sweet Bonanza Candyland, RNG table games, video poker, crash games, Plinko, Mines and dice, plus four random jackpots that the homepage says reach up to €10 million or more. Its homepage says the platform operates by provable fairness, but it does not publish how that works.
We found no public seed-verification page or algorithm description for Lucky Block’s own games on its site. Provider slots and live tables run on the supplier’s systems in any case. For any game, open its information panel and check the provider and return to player before you stake. Our provably fair guide explains what a checkable game should let you do.
The sportsbook covers football, tennis, basketball, ice hockey, combat sports and esports, with in-play, pre-match and outright markets. Lucky Block also offers prediction markets, missions, lootboxes and Match X. Sports wagers count only 50% towards the welcome wagering, so the casino side is where the bonus mainly applies.
Is there a Lucky Block app?
Lucky Block runs in the mobile browser without a download and also offers a Telegram casino with the same games, bonuses and tournaments. The site does not point to an app in the Apple or Google stores, which generally require a local gambling licence for real-money apps. Two-factor authentication is available in the account settings, and it is worth turning on before you deposit.
How do you contact Lucky Block support or complain?
Support works through live chat and [email protected], and formal complaints go to [email protected]. Act quickly: clause 21.4 says disputes must be lodged within three days of the wager being settled. For a Tobique-licensed casino, the regulator says complaints must use the link in the Tobique seal; its general website does not review them.
Clause 21.3 says Lucky Block aims to answer settlement queries within a few days and in any event within 28 days. Keep screenshots, transaction hashes and the support transcript. Because clause 21.6 names an outdated licensing body, use the Tobique seal route if support cannot resolve the issue. Self-exclusion runs from six months to five years and is set by email to support; see our responsible gambling page for independent help.
What are the best alternatives to Lucky Block?
Winna is the closest alternative to Lucky Block: a crypto casino and sportsbook with 13 named coins, a published $20 minimum crypto withdrawal and a 4.3 out of 5 rating in our review. Kingdom Casino suits players who want cards, Google Pay and Revolut alongside crypto and a four-deposit slots package, though its €100 minimum withdrawal and €10,000 monthly cap are tighter than Lucky Block’s.

Lucky Block vs Winna
Winna names 13 coins, among them TON, DAI and the SHFL token, against Lucky Block’s broader list of around 15 coins plus memecoins. Lucky Block has the lower minimum withdrawal (€10 against $20) and a verified Tobique licence, while Winna claims a Tobique licence but uses two operator names, GG Gaming S.R.L. and GG Gaming LLC. Both exclude the US and UK, and both restrict Spain, Germany and the Netherlands. Winna’s welcome terms are not one fixed figure, so compare offers in your own account. Read our Winna review for its VIP and Originals details.
Lucky Block vs Kingdom Casino
Kingdom Casino runs under Anjouan licence ALSI-202409012-FI1 held by Softon Ltd (Cyprus, HE 463977), and its site was first archived in August 2025. Its slots package is 600% up to €9,500 over four deposits, with wagering, expiry and maximum bet set in each offer’s terms. Deposits cover crypto, cards, Google Pay and Revolut. Withdrawals start at €100 and are capped at €1,000 a day and €10,000 a month. It excludes the US, UK, France, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, Austria, Australia, Cyprus and Sweden. See our Kingdom Casino review.
Can’t play Lucky Block in your country?
Each brand keeps its own restricted list, so check a country page before you choose a replacement. Lucky Block excludes Australia, and so do Kingdom Casino and many others; our page on crypto casinos and Australian law explains why. Readers in India can start with our Indian crypto casino guide. US readers should know that Winna and Kingdom Casino also exclude the United States, so the US guide linked above is the right starting point. All the brands we cover are in our crypto casino reviews.
Lucky Block FAQ
Is Lucky Block legit?
Lucky Block is a licensed offshore casino. Its terms name 3-102-939604 Limitada of San José, Costa Rica, as operator under Tobique Gaming Commission licence 0000111, and the Tobique validator linked from the site’s seal showed the licence as VALID on 27 October 2026. Tobique regulation offers less protection than UK or Malta rules, and one clause in the terms still names an old licensing body.
Can you play Lucky Block in the USA?
No. The United States of America, its territories and the US overseas territories are on the Restricted Territories list in clause 3.1.3 of Lucky Block’s terms, and the site showed a ‘not available in your region’ notice to a US connection on 27 October 2026. Using a VPN to get around this breaches clause 2.4 of the terms.
Is Lucky Block available in Canada?
Only the province of New Brunswick is named among Lucky Block’s Restricted Territories, so the rest of Canada is not excluded by the terms. Lucky Block holds no provincial licence, though, and Canadian provincial rules still apply to you. Expect identity checks before your first withdrawal, as the AML policy requires ID for any cash-out.
What is the Lucky Block welcome bonus?
The welcome offer page lists a 200% first-deposit bonus up to €25,000 plus 50 free spins on Moneyfest, from a €20 minimum deposit. The bonus is released in ten parts: each time you wager your deposit six times, 10% is paid out as cash. Releasing all of it takes 60 times your deposit in qualifying bets within 14 days.
Does Lucky Block require KYC?
Yes, for withdrawals. Lucky Block’s AML policy says step two verification, an official photo ID plus an electronic data check, applies to every user who withdraws any amount or deposits over €2,000. Step three, a source-of-wealth check, applies above $5,000 in deposits or withdrawals. Clause 8.3 of the terms also allows selfie and call checks.
What is the minimum withdrawal at Lucky Block?
Clause 8.1 of Lucky Block’s terms sets a €10 minimum withdrawal per transaction, or the equivalent in another currency, and clause 8.6 caps withdrawals at €50,000 a month. If you withdraw without wagering your deposit at least once, Lucky Block can deduct an 8% fee with a €4 minimum, so play through a deposit before cashing out.
Is the LBLOCK token covered by the casino licence?
No. Lucky Block’s terms state that the LBLOCK token and its staking services are not covered by the Tobique Gaming Commission licence. Buying or staking the token is a separate crypto investment risk, outside any gambling regulation, and its value can fall. Keep casino balances and token holdings apart when you judge your risk.
What are the best alternatives to Lucky Block?
Winna is the closest alternative for crypto players outside the US and UK: 13 named coins, a published $20 minimum crypto withdrawal, a sportsbook and a 4.3 out of 5 rating in our review. Kingdom Casino suits players who want card, Google Pay and Revolut deposits next to crypto, with a four-deposit slots package, though its €100 minimum withdrawal is higher.
