Shuffle.com is a crypto casino and sportsbook owned and operated by Natural Nine B.V. (Curaçao, company number 160998) under Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/1337/0628. You can verify that licence by clicking the CGA seal in the site footer: it opens a certificate on cert.cga.cw that showed the licence as granted on 16 October 2024 and Active on 27 October 2026. Players in the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden and several other places cannot use it.

This review is built from Shuffle’s own terms of service, deposit-bonus terms, help centre and the CGA certificate, all read on 27 October 2026. We do not have a commercial agreement with Shuffle, so there is no sign-up button for it here and we give it no score. Where Shuffle publishes a figure, we quote it; where a number only appears in the cashier, we say that.

Is Shuffle legit and who owns it?

Shuffle is a licensed offshore operator, not an unlicensed one. Clause 1.1 of its terms names Natural Nine B.V. as owner and operator, registered in Curaçao under number 160998, and the Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate for shuffle.com confirms licence OGL/2024/1337/0628 under the National Ordinance on Games of Chance (LOK). That licence offers weaker dispute protection than UK or Malta regulation.

The certificate is worth opening yourself. It names the same company and number as the terms, gives the grant date (16 October 2024) and lists dozens of mirror domains registered under the primary site, such as shuffle.gg and shuffle.vip. A mirror that is not on that list is not covered by the licence.

One small inconsistency: Shuffle’s licence page still says it is licensed by the “Curaçao Gaming Control Board”, the regulator’s former name, while its terms use the current name, Curaçao Gaming Authority. The licence number is identical on both pages, so this reads as an outdated label rather than a second licence. Our guide to the Curaçao licence explains how the LOK regime, in force since 24 December 2024, replaced the old master-licence system.

Shuffle is a sizeable operation. Its token page reported more than 101,000 SHFL holders on 27 October 2026, and the site footer describes Shuffle as an official partner of Sunderland A.F.C. Size is not a safety guarantee, though: what protects you is the licence, the terms and your own record-keeping.

Which countries can play Shuffle?

Clause 8.3 of Shuffle’s terms bars anyone located or resident in Australia, the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands, Curaçao, Cyprus, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom and the United States, plus any place where the service would need a local licence or is under US, EU or UK embargo. The rule covers visitors as well as residents.

Clause 8.4 treats a VPN, proxy or false location data as a breach of the terms. That matters for withdrawals: an account opened from a restricted country can be closed, and you would be arguing with an offshore operator from a weak position. Check the list against your country before you deposit.

Shuffle in the USA

Shuffle.com does not accept US players. Its terms name the United States as a Prohibited Jurisdiction, and a US connection to shuffle.com returns a notice that the domain does not accept gambling from your country. Shuffle.us is a separate social casino: it uses Gold Coins for play and Shuffle Cash that can be redeemed once play-through rules are met. That sweepstakes model is a different product, with different state-by-state rules, and this review does not cover it. US readers should start with our guide to crypto casinos in the USA.

Shuffle in Canada

Canada is not on Shuffle’s restricted list, and the help centre explains how to deposit and withdraw Canadian dollars. Interac e-Transfer and Interac Request Money deposits are listed at $5 to $10,000 per transaction with no Shuffle fee, and withdrawals by Interac e-Transfer use the same limits. The same article says you can deposit straight away but must complete Level 2 identity verification before cashing out. Shuffle holds no provincial licence, so provincial rules still apply; our Canadian crypto casino guide covers that position.

What bonuses and VIP rewards does Shuffle offer?

New players can claim a first-deposit match of 100% up to $1,000, shown in the shuffle.com cashier in October 2026. Wagering is 35 times the deposit plus the bonus, completed within 30 days, with a $10 maximum bet while the bonus is active. Ongoing value comes from rakeback, weekly and monthly bonuses, rank-up reloads and races rather than repeat deposit matches.

First-deposit bonus maths in crypto

Shuffle’s deposit-bonus terms calculate wagering as (deposit + bonus) x 35. A 0.01 BTC first deposit matched with 0.01 BTC of bonus therefore needs 0.02 x 35 = 0.7 BTC of qualifying wagering. Progress is weighted by house edge: each bet counts at its stake x (game edge ÷ 4%). A game with a 1% edge counts at a quarter, so a 0.001 BTC bet adds only 0.00025 BTC of progress, and clearing the whole 0.7 BTC that way would take 2.8 BTC in bets. Your expected loss on that turnover is about 0.028 BTC, more than the 0.01 BTC bonus.

Other rules bite as well. Bonus-buy features, challenges and accumulator games are off-limits while wagering is open, sports bets need odds of at least 1.30, and you cannot withdraw in the bonus currency, move funds to the Vault or tip other users until the requirement is met or the balance hits zero.

Is there a Shuffle promo code?

Shuffle’s deposit-bonus terms describe the first-deposit offer as displayed in the promotion or applied through customer support; they do not name a public bonus code. The sign-up form has a field for a referral code, and the help centre warns that an applied code cannot be changed afterwards. Codes posted on other websites are usually someone’s referral tag, not an operator offer. We do not publish one.

Shuffle VIP, rakeback and reloads

The VIP page lists eight ranks: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Jade, Sapphire, Ruby and Diamond. According to the help centre, rakeback returns 5% of the house edge as cash on casino games, so 1,000 USDT wagered on a 2% edge game returns 1 USDT; sports bets earn none. Weekly and monthly bonuses are calculated from your wagering, the house edge of the games you played and your profit over the period.

Reloads unlock at Silver 1, Gold 1, Platinum 1 and Jade 1, and Sapphire players can ask their VIP host for weekly reloads at 8-hour or 24-hour intervals. A missed reload claim expires. Races run alongside: the $100,000 weekly leaderboard pays the top 1,000 players in BTC, but SHFL Lottery activity does not count towards it.

What is the SHFL token?

SHFL is Shuffle’s own token, built on Ethereum (ERC-20). On 27 October 2026 the token page showed a maximum supply of 1,000,000,000 SHFL, of which about 8.09% had been burnt. Holders can stake it in the weekly SHFL Lottery, and the help centre says wagering in SHFL earns increased VIP bonuses and larger airdrop allocations. Treat SHFL as a volatile crypto asset: its value can fall sharply.

Which coins and networks does Shuffle accept?

Shuffle’s help centre lists more than 20 assets for both deposits and withdrawals, including Bitcoin, Ethereum on four networks, USDT on five, USDC on six, Solana, Litecoin, XRP, TRON, Dogecoin, BNB, Avalanche, SHFL and several Solana memecoins. Fiat routes exist in some countries, such as Interac in Canada and PIX in Brazil. Minimum withdrawals per coin appear only in the cashier.

Asset Networks Shuffle lists
Bitcoin (BTC) Bitcoin
Ethereum (ETH) Ethereum, BEP20, Base, Robinhood Chain
Tether (USDT) ERC20, BEP20, TRC20, Polygon, Solana
USD Coin (USDC) ERC20, BEP20, Solana, Polygon, Base, Arbitrum
SHFL ERC20
Others SOL, LTC, XRP, TRX, DOGE, BNB, AVAX, POL, GRAM (ex-TON), DAI, SHIB, CASH, BONK, WIF, TRUMP, PUMP

Match the coin and the network exactly. Shuffle warns that deposits of unsupported assets, especially USDT or USDC on a chain it does not list, may not be recoverable, and it supports USDC on Arbitrum only at one named contract address. The network you pick also decides the fee you pay.

How do Shuffle withdrawals work?

To cash out, you open the wallet, choose the coin, paste your address and confirm; the blockchain fee is deducted from the amount you send. Clause 10.2 of the terms requires you to wager 100% of a deposit before withdrawing funds from it, unless you send crypto back to the same address on the same network. Withdrawals go out in the currency you deposited.

Shuffle’s homepage says 90% of withdrawals reach the wallet in under one minute, an operator claim we have not tested. Network congestion, a pending ID check or a fraud review can all slow a payout, and clause 10.7 lets Shuffle charge a withdrawal fee as long as it is shown before you confirm. Keep the transaction ID from your withdrawal history so you can trace it on a block explorer.

Does Shuffle require KYC?

Yes. Clause 5.2 of Shuffle’s terms says it may require a government-issued ID check once you reach a threshold it sets, and in any event before your first withdrawal. Its help centre describes Level 2 verification (passport, ID card, driving licence or residence permit) and Level 3 (a proof of address dated within three months). Source-of-funds or source-of-wealth evidence can also be requested.

So Shuffle is not a no-ID casino, whatever its marketing copy about privacy suggests. Plan for verification before you win, not after: clause 5.6 allows Shuffle to close an account it cannot verify and forfeit winnings, returning only verified deposits. If fewer checks matter to you, read our no-KYC crypto casino guide and its warnings first.

What games does Shuffle have, and are they provably fair?

Shuffle’s casino lobby claims more than 15,000 titles: third-party slots, live casino and game shows, plus Shuffle Originals built in-house. The Originals include Plinko, Crash, Slide, Dice, Limbo, Coinflip, Roulette, Blackjack and Baccarat. Only the Originals are provably fair: each result comes from a server seed, a client seed and a nonce combined with HMAC-SHA256, which you can check after the round.

Provider slots and live tables run on the supplier’s own systems and cannot be checked with Shuffle’s seeds. For those, look at the game’s information panel for the provider name and return-to-player figure. Our provably fair guide shows how to verify a round step by step. The sportsbook covers mainstream sports and esports, and current promotions include refunds on selected UFC and MLB bets.

Is there a Shuffle app?

Shuffle runs in the mobile browser as a web app, and you can register with an email and password or through a Google, Line or Telegram account. Its help centre does not point to an app in the Apple or Google stores, which generally require a local gambling licence for real-money apps. Avoid downloading “Shuffle APK” files from third-party sites: use the official domain or a mirror listed on the CGA certificate.

How do you contact Shuffle support or complain?

Support is available by live chat on the site and by email at [email protected]. Clause 18 of the terms sends formal complaints to the same address and says unresolved cases can be referred to the Curaçao Gaming Authority. The CGA itself states that it does not mediate individual player disputes, so the realistic next step is one of its certified ADR bodies.

Before you escalate, collect your user name, transaction IDs, screenshots and the support transcript. Note two account rules too: after 24 months of inactivity Shuffle may email you, and if there is no activity for three more months it may close the account. Responsible-gambling tools in the account include self-exclusion and wager and loss limits; our responsible gambling page lists independent help.

What are the best alternatives to Shuffle?

Winna is the closest alternative to Shuffle: a crypto casino and sportsbook that takes 13 named coins, including Shuffle’s own SHFL token, publishes a $20 minimum crypto withdrawal and is rated 4.3 out of 5 in our review. Foxy Gold suits players who want a Tobique-licensed casino and sportsbook with a large first-deposit package and published withdrawal caps. Neither accepts US or UK players.

Shuffle vs Winna

Coins first: Shuffle lists more than 20 assets, while Winna names 13, but Winna also accepts SHFL, so token holders can use it there. Winna publishes a $20 minimum crypto withdrawal; Shuffle shows its minimums only in the cashier. On licensing, Shuffle’s Curaçao licence is easy to confirm on the CGA certificate, whereas Winna claims a Tobique licence and names its operator as GG Gaming S.R.L. on one page and GG Gaming LLC on another. Both bar the US and UK, and Winna also restricts Spain, Germany and the Netherlands. Read our Winna review before you switch.

Shuffle vs Foxy Gold

Foxy Gold is a casino and sportsbook launched in 2025 under Tobique Gaming Commission licence 0000163, held by 3-102-937894 Limitada of Costa Rica. Its welcome offer is up to €1,200 plus 120 free spins on the first deposit at 35x bonus wagering, with a €5 maximum bet. Crypto deposits run through XCoins for BTC, ETH, LTC, DOGE, XRP, USDT, USDC, TRX, ADA, BCH and BNB, and default withdrawal limits are €4,000 a day and €10,000 a week. It excludes the US, UK, Netherlands, Malta, Bulgaria, Lithuania and Curaçao. See our Foxy Gold review.

Can’t play Shuffle in your country?

Shuffle’s restricted list is long, so check a country page before you pick a substitute. Australians in particular are excluded by Shuffle; our page on crypto casinos and Australian law explains the legal position there. Players in India can start with our Indian crypto casino guide. US readers should note that Winna and Foxy Gold also exclude the United States, so the US guide linked above is the right place to start. Every brand we cover is listed in our crypto casino reviews.

Shuffle FAQ

Is Shuffle legit?

Shuffle.com is a licensed offshore casino. Natural Nine B.V., a Curaçao company with registration number 160998, holds Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/1337/0628, and the CGA certificate linked from the site footer showed the licence as Active on 27 October 2026. A Curaçao licence gives fewer protections than UK or Malta regulation, and the CGA does not settle individual disputes.

Can you play Shuffle in the USA?

No. Shuffle’s terms list the United States of America among its Prohibited Jurisdictions, and shuffle.com shows a block message to US visitors saying it does not accept gambling from the country. Shuffle.us is a separate social casino using Gold Coins and Shuffle Cash, which is a different product with its own rules. Using a VPN breaches the shuffle.com terms.

Is Shuffle available in Canada?

Canada is not on the Prohibited Jurisdictions list in clause 8.3 of Shuffle’s terms, and its help centre explains CAD deposits and withdrawals by Interac e-Transfer. Shuffle is not licensed by any Canadian province, so provincial rules still apply to you. Expect to complete identity verification before your first withdrawal.

Does Shuffle require KYC?

Yes, before you cash out. Clause 5.2 of the terms says Shuffle may check a government-issued ID once you reach a threshold it sets and in any event before your first withdrawal. Its help centre describes Level 2 (photo ID) and Level 3 (proof of address) checks, and clause 5.4 allows source-of-funds requests.

What is the Shuffle welcome bonus?

The deposit bonus shown on shuffle.com in October 2026 is a 100% match up to $1,000 on the first deposit. Wagering is 35 times the deposit plus the bonus, to be completed within 30 days, with a $10 maximum bet. Games count at their house edge divided by 4%, so low-edge games clear the requirement more slowly.

What is the SHFL token?

SHFL is Shuffle’s own crypto token. Shuffle’s token page lists a maximum supply of 1,000,000,000 SHFL and runs a weekly SHFL Lottery and airdrop campaigns, while its help centre says wagering in SHFL earns increased VIP bonuses. SHFL is a volatile crypto asset: its value can fall, so treat it as a risk, not a bonus.

What are the best alternatives to Shuffle?

Winna is the closest alternative for crypto players outside the US and UK: it accepts 13 named coins, including SHFL, publishes a $20 minimum crypto withdrawal and is rated 4.3 out of 5 in our review. Foxy Gold is an option for players who want a Tobique-licensed casino and sportsbook with a welcome package and published withdrawal limits.
