Kingdom Casino Review: Softon Ltd, Anjouan Licence and Payouts

Kingdom Casino (kingdomcasino.io) is an Anjouan-licensed casino and sportsbook operated by Softon Ltd of Cyprus, company HE 463977, licence ALSI-202409012-FI1. It is closed to residents of the United States, the United Kingdom and a list of European and other countries, so it only suits international players who live outside that list. The Anjouan register shows the licence as valid until 6 September 2027 and names kingdomcasino.io among the covered domains.

The welcome offer is generous on paper (600% up to 9,500 euros over four deposits) and the payment strip is wider than most crypto casinos, with cards, Google Pay, Revolut and coins. Against that, cash-outs are capped at 1,000 euros a day and 10,000 euros a month, and the terms never name the company that holds the licence. We score it 3.9 out of 5. It is one of our partner casinos, and partner status buys no extra points; our rating method is the same for every brand.

Who runs Kingdom Casino and which licence covers it

Softon Ltd is the company behind Kingdom Casino. It also operates Dracula Casino, Tenobet, Aphrodite Casino, Gambiva, Smash Casino, Wino Casino, Tucan Casino, Mad Casino and Betzter under the same licence. That licence was issued in Anjouan, an autonomous island of the Comoros, and our guide to Anjouan gaming licences sets out how that regime works and where it falls short of stricter regulators.

The site does not make this easy to see. Kingdom’s terms call the operator “the Company”, say it is licensed and stop there. We matched the brand to Softon Ltd through the licence register, which lists kingdomcasino.io under Softon’s entry, and through the Swedish regulator’s decision, which names Softon as Kingdom’s operator.

Checking the ALSI licence yourself

1. Visit anjouangaming.com/license-register/ and find the row for Softon Ltd.
2. Confirm the number ALSI-202409012-FI1, the status “valid”, the expiry date of 6 September 2027 and kingdomcasino.io in the domain column.
3. On the casino site, open the licence seal from the footer if one is displayed, and check that it names the domain in your address bar.
4. Use the seal ID for the lookup. Typing a bare domain into the Anjouan validator gives an INVALID result even for licensed casinos, so that test proves nothing on its own.

Note that the register entry covers kingdomcasino.io. The mirror domains the site moves between are not listed separately, so reach the casino through its main address or a link you trust, not through a lookalike domain from an advert.

The Swedish ban on Softon Ltd

Spelinspektionen, Sweden’s gambling regulator, banned Softon Ltd from offering games to Swedish residents on 9 July 2026 (case 26Si1361). According to the decision, kingdomcasino.io showed Swedish as the default language to Swedish visitors, prefilled Sweden and the +46 dialling code at sign-up, ran Swedish live chat and sent Swedish SMS marketing. The regulator added that the move to a mirror such as kingdomcasino6.io did not change its view. Sweden is on Kingdom’s own restricted list, so this is a case of a market the casino says it excludes being actively served. For players elsewhere, the practical takeaway is to read the restricted list as the operator’s legal position, not as proof of careful geo-blocking.

Not the older Kingdom Casino

Several unrelated sites share this name. Casino Guru, for example, has a “Kingdom Casino” page that lists Dama N.V. of Curaçao as owner, and “Casino Kingdom” is a separate long-running brand. Reviews, bonus codes and complaint histories for those sites do not apply to kingdomcasino.io. The older review that sat at this address described a different Kingdom Casino with a Curaçao licence and a 100% first-deposit offer; this page replaces it.

Countries that cannot register

Kingdom’s clause 3.1.2 excludes residents of, and visitors from:

Canada, New Zealand and Poland are not on the list, and the casino offers their currencies. The operator still reserves the right to turn away players from anywhere else. A VPN or proxy that hides your real location breaks clause 3.4.13 and gives the casino grounds to close the account and void winnings, so only play from a country where you are allowed to.

Kingdom Casino slots package explained

The only welcome deal on the sign-up screen in October 2026 was a slots package. It pays over four deposits:

Read the “600%” for what it is: the four match rates added together, not a 600% boost on one deposit. Clearing the whole package would take 7,750 euros of your own money. For most players the first and fourth tiers, at 200% each, give the best return per euro deposited.

Bonus rules in the general terms

• While a bonus is active, no single bet may exceed 2 euros (clause 7.16).
• Bets on sports, roulette, sic bo, baccarat, other table games, live casino and video poker do not count towards wagering (clause 7.10).
• Dozens of slots are off limits with a bonus running, among them Book of Dead, Gonzo’s Quest, Sweet Bonanza, The Dog House, Money Train 2, Wanted Dead or a Wild and Aviator (clause 7.6).
• Deposit-bonus winnings are capped at 25 times the bonus amount, sports-bonus winnings at 10 times (clause 7.10).
• Only one bonus can be active at a time, and buying bonus features in slots is banned while it runs (clause 7.9).
• Wagering stops counting once the balance drops to 0.20 euros or less.

Wagering arithmetic for the second tier

Say you claim the second tier in full: deposit 2,000 euros and receive 2,000 euros. The general terms leave the multiple to the offer itself, so assume 35x on the bonus for the sake of the method. That gives 35 times 2,000 euros, or 70,000 euros of eligible slot bets. With the 2 euro ceiling per spin you would need at least 35,000 spins. On a slot with a 96% return to player, the expected cost of 70,000 euros in bets is about 2,800 euros, so the bonus is worth less than the play it demands. If the multiple is applied to deposit plus bonus, double those numbers.

The win cap matters too. On that 2,000 euro bonus the 25x cap allows up to 50,000 euros of bonus-derived winnings, but the 10,000 euro monthly withdrawal ceiling means a balance that size would take at least five months to cash out. Cashback and other promotions

The home page advertises 20% cashback, with a note that it is only for VIP customers. We could not find the VIP entry rules, so treat it as a perk for regular high-volume players rather than part of the welcome deal.

Playing without the bonus

The sign-up screen has an “I don’t want a bonus” option, and for many crypto players it is the better choice. Without an active bonus the 2 euro bet ceiling does not apply, the restricted-slot list stops mattering, and the 25x win cap is irrelevant. The only play-through rule left is that your deposit must be bet at least once before you withdraw. A player who deposits 300 euros and wins 1,500 on the first evening can request 1,000 euros the next day and the rest a day later, instead of grinding through tens of thousands of euros in qualifying spins first.

Opening an account at Kingdom Casino

Registration takes a few minutes, but what you enter matters later, because the KYC check compares it with your documents.

1. Confirm that your country is not on the restricted list above and that you are at least 18, or older if the law where you live sets a higher age (clause 3.1.1).
2. Enter your mobile number, email address, username and password (clause 3.2.2). Use your real legal name; the terms say details generally cannot be changed afterwards except for honest mistakes (clause 3.2.3).
3. Choose the slots package or the no-bonus option before your first deposit, since the welcome tiers are tied to deposit order.
4. Turn on two-factor authentication if the account settings offer it; the terms mention 2FA as an optional extra layer (clause 3.3.5).
5. Upload your ID and proof of address early, before your first withdrawal request.

Only one account per person is allowed, and the account cannot be transferred or sold (clause 3.2.6). Opening a second account to claim the welcome package again is treated as bonus abuse and can lead to confiscated winnings.

Who Kingdom Casino suits

Kingdom makes most sense for a mid-stakes slots player in a country such as Canada or New Zealand who wants to move between card and crypto deposits and does not expect to withdraw more than a few thousand euros at a time. High rollers will find the 10,000 euro monthly ceiling restrictive, and anyone who wants casino-wide provably fair betting should look at a crypto-native brand instead. Players who want a regulator that handles complaints directly will not get that from an Anjouan licence.

Paying in: crypto, cards and wallets

Kingdom names more deposit routes than many crypto-first casinos: cryptocurrency, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Google Pay, Revolut, Giropay and Sofort. The strip you see depends on your country. Accounts can be held in euros, Canadian dollars, Australian dollars, New Zealand dollars or Polish złoty, and winnings are paid back in the currency you bet in.

What we could not confirm is the coin list. The terms and home page we fetched mention cryptocurrency deposits but no specific coins or networks, so this review does not claim Bitcoin, Ethereum or USDT support. Check the cashier before you buy coins for a deposit.

Sending crypto to Kingdom without losing it

1. Pick the coin and network inside the Kingdom cashier first, then generate the deposit address there.
2. Use that address once. Under clause 4.14 Kingdom can change its wallets for security reasons, and coins sent to a retired address without checking with support first may never be credited.
3. In your wallet, select the same network the cashier named. A stablecoin sent on the wrong chain is the most common way crypto deposits go missing.
4. Send a small test amount on your first deposit, wait for it to land, then send the rest.
5. Save the transaction hash in case support needs to trace the payment.

Cashing out at Kingdom Casino

Withdrawal rules come from clause 6 of the 2 July 2026 terms. The minimum is 100 euros or currency equivalent, the daily limit 1,000 euros and the monthly limit 10,000 euros, and they apply to bank, e-wallet and crypto withdrawals alike. You may have one pending withdrawal per method and, depending on the method, one request per 24 hours.

Kingdom says withdrawals are typically processed within three banking days, and warns that the payment channel, extra verification or public holidays can extend that. We list this as the operator’s statement; we did not time a payout. Two further rules can block a cash-out: all wagering must be complete, and your last deposit must have been bet at least once (clauses 6.3 and 6.5). Winnings are also capped at 100,000 euros per calendar day.

Identity checks at Kingdom

Kingdom applies a risk-based KYC process. Section 8 of the terms says full verification is required when your lifetime deposits pass 2,000 euros, when you ask for any withdrawal, or when activity looks suspicious, and the first withdrawal request may trigger a document request (clause 6.1). Expect to send:

• a government-issued photo ID, sometimes front and back;
• a selfie holding that ID;
• a recent bank statement or utility bill showing your address;
• any extra documents the casino considers necessary under anti-money-laundering rules.

The terms put typical KYC reviews at 48 hours. These rules are as of the July 2026 terms and can change; sending documents early keeps them from delaying your first payout.

Kingdom’s lobby comes from outside studios: 3 Oaks, Amusnet, BGaming, Betsoft, Booming, Booongo, EGT, ELK, Evoplay, Habanero, Hacksaw, Microgaming, Novomatic, Play’n GO, Playson, Playtech, Quickspin, Relax Gaming, Spinomenal, Spribe and Wazdan. Titles promoted on the home page in October 2026 included Book of Dead, 9 Masks of Fire, Cleopatra, 9 Pots of Gold, Sizzling Hot and Wanted Dead or a Wild. There is a live casino section and a sportsbook with football, tennis, basketball, table tennis, volleyball, ice hockey, MMA and esports markets. We did not find a published total game count.

Sports players who take a sports bonus should know the qualifying-odds rule: each single bet needs decimal odds of at least 1.80 to count (clause 7.13).

Fairness and provably fair games

Kingdom does not run its own provably fair originals, so there is no house system for checking every bet. The footer links to a page on fairness and RNG testing, and most games rely on each studio’s certified random number generator. Limits, breaks and self-exclusion

Kingdom’s terms offer self-exclusion by email: write to support from the address on your account, and the account is locked once the casino sends its confirmation. Closing an account is done through live chat (clause 3.5.1). We did not see deposit limits or session reminders described in the terms, so ask support before relying on them. Home-country self-exclusion schemes do not reach an Anjouan-licensed site.

Raising a complaint with Kingdom Casino

Disputes follow three stages:

1. Live chat. Section 15 of the terms says the casino aims to resolve chat complaints within two weeks, or to give a final answer or a progress update within eight weeks if the case is complex. Report a disputed game result within 7 calendar days of the session, and other problems within one calendar month.
2. Written complaint. If chat fails, email [email protected] within 7 calendar days of the incident. The operator allows itself up to 60 business days for a full reply.
3. Licence seal and ADR. The Anjouan authority does not decide player complaints. You submit through the casino’s licence seal, the operator gets 30 days to respond, disputes about game outcomes must be lodged within 14 days, and unresolved cases go to an alternative dispute resolution provider whose fee the operator pays.
