Mega Dice Casino Review

Mega Dice (megadice.com) is a crypto casino and sportsbook operated by 3-102-939604 Limitada, a Costa Rican company, under a licence from the Tobique Gaming Commission. We checked the licence on the Commission’s own validator on 27 October 2026: it shows the company, the trade name Blue Ocean Tech Innovations, www.megadice.com as the registered website and the status VALID. Under the terms served to Canadian visitors, players from the United States, the United Kingdom, the Canadian province of New Brunswick, Israel, Russia, China and 15 other countries cannot register.

Our verdict: Mega Dice is a live, licensed brand with a long coin list, a Telegram version and a welcome bonus that pays out in small cash slices rather than one locked lump. Its weak spots are several contradictions between its own pages (licence wording, game counts, payout times and two sets of bonus rules) and a withdrawal floor of €25. We have not given Mega Dice a rating, because we only score brands that we have fully verified for our lists. This review was refreshed in October 2026 from the operator’s terms, bonus pages, FAQ and VIP rules; it describes no test deposits.

Is Mega Dice legit and who owns it?

Mega Dice is a licensed operator, not an unlicensed clone. Its terms name 3-102-939604 Limitada as the company behind megadice.com and the Tobique Gaming Commission as regulator. The Commission’s validator confirmed that company, the trade name Blue Ocean Tech Innovations and the www.megadice.com domain with status VALID on 27 October 2026. A Tobique licence is not a Canadian provincial licence and gives limited dispute protection.

Clause 1.2 of the General Terms repeats the operator name and regulator, and the footer on every page adds the registration number. The licence seal in the footer is served from the Commission’s seal provider and opens validate.thetgc.ca with a seal ID, which is the only reliable way to check it. A bare lookup by domain on that validator shows INVALID even for licensed sites, so always click through from the casino’s own seal.

One inconsistency stands out. The USDT landing page on megadice.com still says the casino holds a licence from the Curaçao Gaming Authority, while the terms, the footer and the validator all point to Tobique. We treat the terms and the regulator’s page as authoritative and the landing page as outdated marketing copy, but it is the sort of detail a well-run operator should fix.

Why the Mega Dice terms differ by country

Mega Dice does not show every visitor the same legal pages. Loaded through a Canadian connection on 27 October 2026, the footer named 3-102-939604 Limitada with the Tobique seal, and the terms were the version quoted in this review. Through Australian and German connections the same day, the footer showed no operator or seal, and the terms page was an older document that names Gaming Services Provider N.V. as licensing body, sets a €10 minimum withdrawal and a €150,000 limit per rolling 30 days, and uses a different restricted list.

The site code also holds a Curaçao text naming MIBS N.V. (company number 162031, Willemstad) and Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/1718/0938, which was not displayed to us and which we could not confirm on the CGA register. A third copy of the terms, in the $DICE whitepaper at whitepaper.megadice.com, still names MIBS NV under an old Curaçao sublicence numbered 365/JAZ; that whitepaper’s licence page shows it was last updated about two years ago. Read the terms that load for you, save a copy when you sign up, and check which company and seal appear in your footer before you deposit.

How to verify the Mega Dice licence yourself

1. Open megadice.com and scroll to the footer.
2. Click the Tobique seal. A new tab should open on validate.thetgc.ca, not on any other domain.
3. Check three fields: company name 3-102-939604 Limitada, registered website www.megadice.com, operating status VALID.
4. Compare the company name with clause 1.2 of the General Terms. They should match, and on 27 October 2026 they did.

Is the old MegaDice the same site?

Earlier versions of this page described a Bitcoin-only dice site with a shared bankroll and a handful of slots. The site that runs on megadice.com today is a different product: a multi-coin casino with thousands of provider games, a sportsbook, a token and a Telegram casino. Do not rely on older reviews, including our own pre-2026 text, for its licence, games or payments.

Which countries can play at Mega Dice?

Section 6 of the Mega Dice General Terms bars 21 jurisdictions: Afghanistan, the Canadian province of New Brunswick, China, Cuba, the Central African Republic, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Syria, the UK, the USA, Yemen and Venezuela. Clause 2.3 adds that you cannot open an account from any country missing from the registration form.

That second rule matters. The published list is shorter than at many crypto casinos, yet the registration page is the final word, so a country that is not named in section 6 can still be blocked at sign-up. Being allowed in by the casino also does not make playing legal where you live: check your local law first, and never use a VPN to get round a restriction, because a breach of the terms can cost you your balance.

Mega Dice in the USA

Mega Dice does not accept players from the United States. The USA is named in section 6 of its General Terms, and that applies to every state. Mega Dice in Canada

Canada is not on the restricted list, with one exception: the province of New Brunswick, where the Tobique First Nation and its regulator are based, is excluded. That is the opposite of what many readers expect from a Tobique-licensed site. Mega Dice holds no licence from any Canadian province, so a player elsewhere in Canada is using an offshore casino with no provincial consumer protection. Australia, India and other countries

Neither Australia nor India appears in section 6 of the terms served to Canadian visitors. The older terms copy published in the $DICE whitepaper, however, lists Australia, Austria, France, Germany, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Spain and the UK among restricted territories, so Australian players should expect that they may be refused. The casino’s view also does not settle the legal question. What is the Mega Dice welcome bonus?

The Mega Dice welcome offer is a 200% match on the first deposit, advertised as up to 1 BTC, plus 50 free spins and a 5 USDT sports free bet. The offer terms set the minimum qualifying deposit at 20 USDT while the FAQ gives €20, you must opt in, and the deposit has to arrive within 30 days of registration. The match is not paid at once: 10% of it is released each time you wager six times your deposit.

The offer page also says the current maximum bonus amount is 50,000 USDT, “re-evaluated in line with the Bitcoin development”. The headline and the cap are not the same number, so read the figure shown in your own cashier before you deposit a large sum. The offer applies to players who registered after 31 October 2023 and only to the first deposit.

How the 200% release works, in crypto

Take a first deposit of 0.01 BTC. A 200% match is 0.02 BTC of bonus. Each time you wager 0.06 BTC (six times the deposit), 10% of the bonus, 0.002 BTC, is credited to you as cash. Releasing the whole 0.02 BTC therefore needs ten slices, or 0.6 BTC of qualifying turnover, within the 14-day window the offer gives you. Put another way, that is 30 times the bonus amount, or 60 times the deposit.

Game weighting changes the real figure. Slots count 100%, so 0.6 BTC on slots is enough. Sports bets count 50%, which doubles the stake needed to 1.2 BTC. Roulette and live roulette count only 5%: clearing the same bonus on roulette alone would take 12 BTC of bets. All dice games count 0%. As a rough guide to cost, slots with a 96% return would lose about 4% of turnover on average, roughly 0.024 BTC on 0.6 BTC, which is more than the 0.02 BTC bonus. Treat the bonus as extra playtime, not as profit.

Free spins and the sports free bet

The 50 free spins arrive after a first deposit of 20 USDT or more. The offer terms put them on Moneyfest by Popiplay, while the FAQ still names Wanted Dead or a Wild, so check which game the spins appear on in your account. Winnings from them count as bonus money with a 7-day wagering window under the general bonus terms. The sports free bet is worth 5 USDT, must be used on a single selection at odds between 1.5 and 5, and must settle within 30 days.

Two sets of bonus rules

Mega Dice publishes a general Bonus Terms page that sets 35x wagering on the bonus amount, a maximum bet of $5 or €5 per round, a cap on converting bonus money to cash of ten times the bonus, and different weights: table games 20%, roulette, dice and arcade 0%. The welcome offer page uses the slice system instead and says its own terms prevail in a conflict. We read the welcome page as the live rule for this offer, but the general limits on bet size and feature buys still apply to any bonus balance.

Does Mega Dice have VIP rewards, rakeback or cashback?

Mega Dice runs an invite-only VIP Club for players at Level 6 and above. Points come from wagering: 3 points per 1 USDT on slots, 6 on sports and 2 on other casino games. VIP rewards include weekly cashback of 5% to 20% on net losses, top-up bonuses, spins, Dice Game rolls, faster withdrawal handling from about Level 9 and a VIP manager. Reaching a level does not guarantee an invitation.

The thresholds are high. Reaching Level 6 needs about 100,000 USDT of wagering, and the VIP rules add that you should hit the level within three to six months of your first deposit. Status is reviewed on a rolling three-month basis, so benefits can pause after a quiet spell. Cashback is capped at 30% of a player’s lifetime value, and certain games, voided bets and hedged positions are excluded from the net-loss calculation.

A separate VIP transfer route exists for high rollers from other casinos. Mega Dice asks for an unedited screen recording of the last six months of activity on the other site, and any status match is discretionary. Outside the VIP Club, the promotions page lists weekly slot and live-casino tournaments with USDT prize pools, a Game of the Week with up to 150 Super Spins, Pragmatic Play Drops and Wins, and an accumulator boost of up to 40% on sports.

What is the $DICE token at Mega Dice?

$DICE is a token issued on the Solana network and built into the casino. Mega Dice says holders can wager with it, stake it, earn airdrops and join token-only promotions, and it advertises 15% weekly cashback on net losses for play in $DICE. The FAQ gave a presale soft cap of $5 million and a hard cap of $10 million, with trading first on a decentralised exchange.

Clause 1.7 of the General Terms is the line to read before buying any: native tokens and staking features are “ancillary ecosystem services” that are not authorised, regulated or supported by the Tobique Gaming Commission. In plain terms, the licence covers the casino, not the token. A casino token can lose most of its value, liquidity can be thin, and staking rewards are not a deposit. If you do not want that exposure, play in BTC or a stablecoin and ignore the token promotions.

Which coins and networks does Mega Dice accept?

The Mega Dice FAQ lists BTC, BCH, LTC, DOGE, ETH, Tether on Ethereum and on Tron (shown as USDTE and USDTT), TRX, XRP, ADA, BNB, SOL, USDC, MATIC and meme tokens such as BONK, FLOKI, PEPE and SHIB. Deposits go to an address shown in the wallet tab. A WalletConnect option accepts ETH deposits only and cannot be used for withdrawals.

The FAQ warns that a deposit below the minimum or on an unsupported network is lost. Match the coin and the network exactly: USDT sent over Tron to an Ethereum USDT address will not arrive. Players without crypto can use the Buy Crypto tab, where card purchases run through third-party services named on the site as Banxa and MoonPay. Those services set their own fees and identity checks. Mega Dice says it charges no deposit or withdrawal fees of its own, though network fees still apply, while clause 5.9 of the terms says withdrawal processing fees “may apply and will be shown during the request”. The older terms version goes further and allows an 8% fee, with a €4 minimum, on a withdrawal when the deposit has not been wagered at least once. Check the final amount on the confirmation screen.

How fast are Mega Dice withdrawals and what are the limits?

Mega Dice states an average crypto payout time of about five minutes, rising to 24 hours when a transaction is reviewed. Its General Terms, as served to Canadian visitors, are stricter: processing takes one to three business days after document verification. Under that version the minimum withdrawal is €25 (€100 by bank transfer), and the limits are €5,000 a day, €10,000 a week and €20,000 a month. Wins of €100,000 or more can be paid in ten monthly instalments.

Clause 5.10 adds that VIP players may have higher limits and that progressive jackpot wins are exempt. Both payout times come from the operator and neither is a guarantee. In practice, the first withdrawal is the slow one, because clause 5.8 requires full verification before any payout and clause 5.12 requires every deposit not tied to a bonus to be wagered at least once. A maximum of €5,000 applies to each deposit transaction (clause 4.5).

The table comes from the operator’s USDT landing page and describes network delivery after approval, not the approval itself. Once a payout is sent, you can follow its transaction hash on a public block explorer, which the FAQ also suggests.

Does Mega Dice require KYC?

Yes, before you can withdraw. Clause 3.2 of the Mega Dice General Terms requires a photo ID (identity card, driving licence or passport) and a utility bill no older than three months showing your name and address. Documents go through live chat or email, and clause 7.4 says you may keep playing during a review but cannot withdraw until it is finished. These were the terms on 27 October 2026.

The Telegram casino page says no lengthy forms or ID checks are needed to start. Both statements can be true: you can register and deposit quickly, but the money stays inside until you pass verification. The Tobique Code of Practice also expects licensees to complete identity and age checks within 30 days of a first deposit. What games does Mega Dice offer?

Mega Dice offers provider slots, jackpot slots, live dealer tables, crash games such as Aviator, a sportsbook with live betting and esports, and casino extras like missions, tournaments, Mega Match predictions and lootboxes. The operator gives two different library sizes, over 4,000 games on one page and over 5,000 on its Telegram page. Most slots and crash games can be tried in demo mode while logged out.

Despite the name, Mega Dice is not a dice-originals site any more. The “Dice Game” on the menu is a rewards feature: missions earn rolls of a virtual die that pay free spins, Mega Spins, cash bonuses or $DICE. The FAQ bases fairness on the licence and on the game providers’ own certification, and we found no seed-based verification tool documented on the pages we reviewed. One landing page mentions “provably fair gameplay” in a closing line, but without any explanation of how to check a round. Sportsbook and esports

The sportsbook covers traditional sports and esports titles including Counter-Strike, Valorant, League of Legends and Overwatch, plus eSoccer and NBA 2K markets. The minimum stake is $0.10 on single, combo and system bets. Mega Dice sets no fixed maximum but keeps the right to limit stakes per event.

Is there a Mega Dice app?

Mega Dice runs a Telegram casino: you open the Mega Dice bot inside Telegram and play slots, table games and live casino in the chat window, on the iOS, Android and desktop versions of Telegram. The main site also works in a mobile browser. We found no native app download offered on the official pages we reviewed on 27 October 2026.

The Telegram route is quick, but it adds one more account to protect. Use two-step verification on Telegram, never share login codes and type megadice.com yourself rather than following links from group chats. Lookalike sites with “megadice” in their domains exist in search results; only www.megadice.com appears on the Tobique validator.

How do I contact Mega Dice support or file a complaint?

Contact Mega Dice support at [email protected] or through live chat, and send formal complaints to [email protected], as section 10 of the General Terms says complaints must be submitted by email. If the casino does not resolve the issue, use the complaints link in its Tobique seal. The Commission’s Code of Practice sends disputes still open after two months to an approved ADR body.

The Tobique Gaming Commission says it does not review complaints sent through its general website about licensed operators, so the seal link is the correct channel. Keep screenshots, chat logs and the transaction hash of each deposit and withdrawal involved.

Kingdom Casino is a recent brand under an Anjouan licence (ALSI-202409012-FI1, Softon Ltd). It accepts crypto, cards, Google Pay and Revolut, which helps players who do not hold coins, and offers a slots package of 600% up to €9,500 over four deposits.
