Dracula Casino is a crypto-and-card casino with a sportsbook, run by Softon Ltd (Cyprus, company number HE 463977) under Anjouan licence ALSI-202409012-FI1. Players from the US, the UK, Australia, France, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, Austria, Cyprus, Sweden and several other countries cannot open an account, so this review is for international players outside that list. You can confirm the licence on the Anjouan licence register, where the number above is shown as valid from 7 September 2024 to 6 September 2027.

Our short verdict: a big multi-deposit slots package and a wide provider list, held back by tight withdrawal caps (1,000 euros a day, 10,000 euros a month), terms that do not name the licensee, and a regulator ban in Sweden against its operator. We rate it 3.8 out of 5, below the most established Bitcoin casinos on this site. Dracula Casino is a commercial partner of ours; that does not change the checks or the score, as explained in how we rate casinos.

Who can sign up: international players aged 18 or over outside the restricted list in clause 3.1.2 of the casino’s terms. It does not accept players from the United States or the United Kingdom. US readers should use our guide to crypto casinos for US players instead.

Pros and cons of Dracula Casino

What works

  • Large slots welcome package spread over five deposits, plus a separate sports package.
  • Over 20 named game studios, from Play’n GO and Playtech to Relax Gaming, ELK and Spribe.
  • Casino, live casino and sportsbook share one account and one balance.
  • Crypto deposits sit next to card and bank options, which helps players who hold both.
  • Licence number and validity dates can be checked on the regulator’s public register.

What holds it back

  • Withdrawals are capped at 1,000 euros a day and 10,000 euros a month, which turns a large win into a long payout schedule.
  • A 100 euro minimum withdrawal is high for a crypto casino, where small cash-outs are common.
  • The terms say only that “the Company is licensed” and do not print the licence number or the operator’s name.
  • Bonus wagering is not in the general terms; you only see it inside each offer.
  • Sweden’s regulator banned the operator, Softon Ltd, on 9 July 2026, which raises questions about how carefully the group respects its own restricted list.
  • Casino Guru gives Dracula Casino a Safety Index of 3.2, which it labels “Very low”.

Licence, operator and how to check them

The licence behind Dracula Casino comes from Anjouan, one of the islands of the Union of the Comoros. Softon Ltd holds number ALSI-202409012-FI1, and the same company runs a group of sister casinos: Aphrodite Casino, Tenobet, Gambiva, Smash Casino, Kingdom Casino, Wino Casino, Tucan Casino, Mad Casino and Betzter. Our Anjouan licence guide explains what this regulator does and does not cover.

There is a gap you should know about. Clause 1.2 of Dracula’s terms reads simply that the company is licensed. Neither the operator nor the licence number is printed there, which is unusual. The match between the brand and Softon Ltd comes from the Anjouan register and from independent databases such as Casino Guru, which also names Softon Ltd as owner.

Verify the Anjouan licence in four steps

  1. Open the Anjouan licence register at anjouangaming.com/license-register/.
  2. Search for Softon Ltd or the number ALSI-202409012-FI1 and read the status and the validity dates.
  3. Go back to the casino and click the licence seal in the footer, if one is shown. The seal page should name the domain you are on.
  4. Validate by the seal ID rather than by typing in the bare domain: a bare-domain lookup on the Anjouan validator returns INVALID even for licensed sites.

If the seal is missing, points to a different domain, or the register shows an expired entry, stop and do not deposit.

Regulator action in Sweden

On 2 March 2026 Spelinspektionen, the Swedish gambling regulator, banned whoever was responsible for dracula.casino from offering gambling to Swedish players. On 9 July 2026 it replaced that order with a ban on Softon Ltd itself (case 26Si1361), naming Dracula, Kingdom Casino, Tenobet and the other sister brands and noting that mirror domains do not change the assessment. Sweden is on the casino’s restricted list, so the decision does not affect players elsewhere directly. It does show that a regulator found the group serving a market its own terms exclude.

Who can play at Dracula Casino

Clause 3.1.2 of the general terms bars residents of, and anyone accessing the site from, these places:

  • United States and United Kingdom
  • Netherlands, France, Spain, Austria, Germany, Cyprus and Sweden
  • Australia
  • Comoros (the licensing country)
  • Aruba, Bonaire, Saba, Statia, St Martin and Curaçao
  • FATF-blacklisted countries such as Iran and North Korea, and sanctioned countries

The operator may refuse players from other countries at its discretion. Clause 3.4.13 forbids VPNs, proxies and any tool that masks your location, and accounts found using one can be closed with winnings voided. Canada, New Zealand, Ireland and most of Latin America and Asia are not on the list, and the site offers Canadian dollars as an account currency.

Dracula Casino welcome bonus and wagering

New players pick one package when they register. In October 2026 the sign-up screen showed two choices.

Deposit Slots package (777% up to 7,777 euros) Sports package (250% up to 5,000 euros)
1st 200% up to 500 euros 100% up to 500 euros
2nd 100% up to 2,000 euros 50% up to 2,000 euros
3rd 177% up to 1,777 euros 100% up to 2,500 euros
4th 150% up to 1,500 euros Not part of the package
5th 150% up to 2,000 euros Not part of the package

The headline figures are the sums of the tiers: 200 + 100 + 177 + 150 + 150 makes 777 percentage points, and 500 + 2,000 + 1,777 + 1,500 + 2,000 makes 7,777 euros. To collect every euro of the slots package you would deposit about 250, 2,000, 1,004, 1,000 and 1,333 euros in turn, roughly 5,590 euros of your own money. Few players need the full amount; the first tier is where the value per euro is highest.

What the general terms add

  • Maximum bet: 2 euros per bet while a bonus is active (clause 7.16). Bigger bets can cost you the winnings.
  • Games that do not count: sports bets, roulette, sic bo, baccarat, live casino and video poker do not count towards wagering (clause 7.10).
  • Restricted slots: a long list of titles cannot be played with an active bonus, including Book of Dead, Gonzo’s Quest, Sweet Bonanza, Big Bass Bonanza, Money Train 2, Aviator and Plinko (clause 7.6).
  • Win cap: winnings from a deposit bonus are capped at 25 times the bonus, and from a sports bonus at 10 times the bonus, unless the offer says otherwise (clause 7.10). Anything above the cap is removed before payout.
  • Sports package: each qualifying single bet needs decimal odds of 1.80 or more (clause 7.13).
  • Your deposit first: the deposit must be wagered at least once before any withdrawal (clause 6.5).

Worked example

Take the first slots tier. A 250 euro deposit earns the full 500 euro bonus, so you start with 750 euros. The wagering multiple is in the offer’s own terms, not the general terms, so here is the method with an assumed 40x on the bonus: 40 multiplied by 500 euros means 20,000 euros of qualifying slot bets. At the 2 euro maximum bet that is at least 10,000 spins. If the slot pays back 96% over the long run, the expected loss on 20,000 euros of bets is about 800 euros, more than the bonus itself. The 25x cap would also limit what you could take out of that bonus to 12,500 euros, which at 1,000 euros a day is at least 13 separate daily withdrawals.

If you deposit in crypto, the casino converts the coins to your account currency at the time of deposit, and bonus tiers are counted in that currency. A deposit worth 250 euros on Monday may be worth more or less in coins by the time you withdraw. Our welcome bonus guide covers the maths of match bonuses in more detail.

Crypto deposits at Dracula Casino

Dracula lists cryptocurrency among its deposit methods next to Amex, Giropay and Sofort. The pages we could load did not show which coins or networks the cashier accepts, so we do not list any here. Log in and open the cashier to see the current coin list for your country before you send funds.

A few rules apply whatever the coin:

  1. Copy a fresh deposit address from the cashier every time. Clause 4.14 says the casino rotates wallet addresses and that funds sent to an old address without asking support first may be lost.
  2. Match the network exactly. USDT, for example, exists on several blockchains; sending it on a network the cashier did not show can mean the deposit never arrives.
  3. Send from a wallet you control. Our crypto wallet guide explains the difference between self-custody wallets and exchange accounts, which some exchanges restrict for gambling.
  4. Keep the transaction ID. Support will ask for it if a deposit is late.

Payments are processed in the currency you chose, and winnings are paid in the currency the bets were made in. The casino says it is not a bank, pays no interest and does not insure balances (clause 4.3).

Withdrawals: limits and timing

This is the weakest part of the offer. Clause 6.13 of the terms sets three limits for bank, e-wallet and crypto cash-outs:

  • minimum withdrawal: 100 euros or currency equivalent;
  • daily maximum: 1,000 euros;
  • monthly maximum: 10,000 euros.

Only one request per 24 hours is allowed, depending on the method, and only one pending withdrawal per method (clause 6.11). The operator says requests are typically processed within three banking days, with delays possible for verification, the payment channel or public holidays. Those are operator-stated times, not timings we measured. Separately, the terms cap winnings at 100,000 euros per calendar day.

Here is how the caps play out. A 4,000 euro win needs at least four daily requests. A 25,000 euro win would take three calendar months under the 10,000 euro monthly cap: 10,000 in the first month, 10,000 in the second and 5,000 in the third. Players who stake high amounts should weigh this before they deposit, because the balance waiting to be paid stays exposed to the casino for that whole time.

KYC and verification

Dracula can ask for documents at your first withdrawal (clause 6.1). The KYC section of the terms says full verification applies once lifetime deposits pass 2,000 euros, when you request any withdrawal, or when a transaction looks suspicious. Typical documents are a government photo ID, a selfie holding that ID, a bank statement or utility bill for your address, and source-of-funds evidence such as a photo of the deposit card. The terms say reviews are typically completed within 48 hours. Upload them before you ask for a payout so the withdrawal clock does not wait on paperwork.

Payment methods must be in your own name (clause 4.7). Deposits from someone else’s card or wallet can freeze the account.

Games, providers and live casino

The lobby is built from third-party studios. The providers we found named on the site are 3 Oaks, Amusnet, BGaming, Betsoft, Blueprint, Booming, Booongo, EGT, ELK, Evoplay, Habanero, Microgaming, Novomatic, Play’n GO, Playson, Playtech, Quickspin, Relax Gaming, Spinomenal, Spribe and Wazdan. That mix covers classic European fruit slots (EGT, Amusnet, Novomatic), modern video slots (Play’n GO, Relax, ELK, Quickspin) and crash-style games from Spribe. A live casino section and a sportsbook sit alongside the slots. We did not find a published total game count.

Provably fair at Dracula Casino

Dracula has no in-house “originals” of the kind Stake or BC.Game run, so there is no casino-wide provably fair system to check. Provably fair checks only apply to individual provider games that support them, such as Spribe’s Aviator, where each round’s result can be verified from published seeds. Standard slots and live tables are not provably fair; their fairness depends on the studio’s certified random number generator. Our provably fair guide shows how a seed check works.

Customer support

Live chat is available on the site, and the support address is [email protected]. Formal complaints have their own address, [email protected]. We could not confirm the chat’s opening hours or language list from the operator’s pages, so we leave those out.

Responsible gambling tools

The terms describe a self-exclusion facility: you email support from your registered address, and the account is closed to logins once the casino confirms. We did not find deposit limits or reality checks described in the terms, so ask support which tools exist before you rely on them. Because this is an offshore licence, national schemes such as a home-country self-exclusion register do not apply here. Gamblers Anonymous (gamblersanonymous.org) runs free meetings in many countries; BeGambleAware and GamCare are UK services. Our responsible gambling page lists more help options.

How to complain about Dracula Casino

  1. Live chat first. The terms ask you to raise the issue in chat. The operator aims to resolve it within two weeks and to give a final answer or an update within eight weeks for complex cases.
  2. Email the complaints desk. If chat does not solve it, write to [email protected] within 7 calendar days of the incident. The terms allow up to 60 business days for a full reply. Disputes about a game result must be raised within 7 days of the session.
  3. Use the Anjouan route. The Anjouan authority does not handle complaints itself. You file through the casino’s licence seal; the operator then has 30 days to respond, game-outcome disputes must be filed within 14 days, and unresolved cases go to an alternative dispute resolution body paid for by the operator.

Keep screenshots, transaction IDs and chat transcripts from the start. Public complaint boards such as Casino Guru’s can add pressure, but they have no legal power over the casino.

Dracula Casino compared with its sister sites

Three of the Softon brands are on our list. They share an operator, a licence, a terms template and the same withdrawal caps, so the main differences are the welcome offer and the payment strip.

Casino Slots welcome package Deposits Our rating
Dracula Casino 777% up to 7,777 euros over 5 deposits Crypto, Amex, Giropay, Sofort 3.8 / 5
Kingdom Casino 600% up to 9,500 euros over 4 deposits Crypto, cards, Google Pay, Revolut 3.9 / 5
Tenobet 400% up to 5,000 euros over 3 deposits Cards, e-wallets, crypto 4.0 / 5

If the cash-out caps are a deal-breaker, compare a casino with higher limits from our Bitcoin casino list.

Dracula Casino FAQ

Is Dracula Casino licensed?

Yes. The operator, Softon Ltd (Cyprus, HE 463977), appears on the Anjouan licence register under ALSI-202409012-FI1, valid from 7 September 2024 to 6 September 2027. The casino’s own terms only say that the company is licensed, so check the register or the footer seal yourself before you deposit.

Can I play at Dracula Casino from the US or UK?

No. Clause 3.1.2 of the terms bars residents of, and anyone accessing the site from, the USA and the United Kingdom, along with the Netherlands, France, Australia, Cyprus, Spain, Austria, Comoros, Germany, Sweden, the Dutch Caribbean islands and FATF-blacklisted or sanctioned countries. Using a VPN to get around this breaks clause 3.4.13.

What is the Dracula Casino withdrawal limit?

The terms set a minimum withdrawal of 100 euros (or the equivalent in your currency), a daily cap of 1,000 euros and a monthly cap of 10,000 euros (clause 6.13). Only one withdrawal request per 24 hours is allowed, depending on the method.

How long do Dracula Casino withdrawals take?

The operator says requests are typically processed within three banking days, and that payment channels, extra verification or public holidays can make it longer. That is the operator’s own statement, not a measured payout time.

What is the Dracula Casino welcome bonus?

In October 2026 the sign-up screen offered a slots package of 777% up to 7,777 euros over five deposits, or a sports package of 250% up to 5,000 euros over three deposits. Wagering, expiry and maximum bet are set in each offer’s own bonus terms, so read them in the cashier before you opt in.

Does Dracula Casino ask for KYC documents?

Yes. The first withdrawal can trigger a request for documents, and full verification applies once lifetime deposits pass 2,000 euros, when you ask for any withdrawal, or when a transaction looks suspicious. Expect photo ID, a selfie with the ID and a recent proof of address.
