Our reviewing team was assigned a second go at this casino, and compared to the last time we did this (a year ago), our findings aren’t that great.
The last time we visited this online casino we complained about the lack of games but said that we were hopeful for the future. Well, the future isn’t that bright.
Even though Bitfiring has updated some things about the casino, almost none of them were commendable. Not to mention, it has become quite notorious among the online casino community.
Casino Review Details
Launched in 2022, Bitfiring is a new crypto casino that’s owned by Zaraa Ltd. Bitfiring is, supposedly, licensed but any attempt we’ve made to confirm this has failed. We contacted customer support but they weren’t able to provide any proof, even though they were surprisingly friendly in their attempt.
Considering this an unlicensed casino, Bitfiring has no limitations to what it can and cannot do – something which will become apparent further down the line.
The new improvements we noticed were the welcome bonus and the daily free spin bonus. While these sound great, none of them worked as intended according to player reviews – and that’s putting it mildly.
While the customer support is responsive, we cannot help but feel they’re withholding information.
Finally, there are still only a few crypto payment methods. Not a deal breaker, but we were hoping to see support for additional crypto tokens.
As for the website itself, it looks better than ever. Bitfiring has added a lot of options such as achievements, a loyalty program, daily tasks, a lottery, and tournaments. If only most of these options worked… Most of the options, when selected, simply show a Coming Soon message.
Even though we can tolerate one or two missing features, Bitfiring is missing a lot of them at the moment. So many that we are seriously questioning whether they will be finished at all.

If a player makes only one deposit and then skips a day, he or she loses access to the rest of the bonuses. If you feel that FOMO, we don’t blame you. We aren’t huge fans of this practice.

According to most players, the only prizes that ever show up on the Lucky Spin wheel are free spins with many claiming that the prize of 1 BTC can never be won.

Besides the 6-day welcome bonus, there is also a 10-day free spin bonus. Each day, when players make a deposit and roll the lucky spin wheel, they can also claim 20 free spins.

VIP Program

Despite looking like they have casino games in spades, truth is, there are very few games available at Bitfiring Casino. With a total of 500 games, this should be enough for most players, however, it is nothing compared to other online casinos.

In a strange turn of events, Bitfiring still hasn’t added live casino games to their library. This was one of our biggest complaints during our last visit and it still stands. We are baffled that this is still an issue.

Particularly, when we asked questions about how the VIP works or when some of the features were coming out, they pretended like they didn’t understand our questions or simply ignored us.
Many users have been complaining about how the customer support was, quote-unquote, useless. Problems like bonuses not working accounts being suspended for no reason and withdrawals disappearing seem to be all too common at Bitfiring Casino.
These problems were also present when we visited the casino a year ago but, because the casino was brand new, we gave them the benefit of the doubt. We are sad to see that things have only gotten worse since then.

When we first visited Bitfiring we gave it a pass because, even though it lacked a lot of features, it was still brand-new. Now after revisiting the casino almost a year later, we cannot say things took a turn for the better.
Bitfiring has had all the time in the world to add live casino games, more payment methods, and more games. Sadly, all they managed to do was gain a bad reputation among the online casino community.
Push comes to shove, we cannot say that Bitfiring is a casino worthy of your time and money!
